[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was soft and comfortable when I am laying face up sleeping. Felt no pressure on the head and neck. The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.

I had high hopes for this pillow, after using Tempur-pedic in the past and it was a letdown. Typically most pillows compress slightly when in use but this one compressed completely. I have always had Tempur-pedic pillows then it was time for new ones. I thought these were similar to my old ones and come to find that these were literally as flat as a pancake and provide no support Please do not buy unless you like extremely flat pillows and save your money. I'm not sure why Tempur-pedic does not specify this how flat they are in the product description because now when reading reviews I see some other people with the same problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the pillow at a store and realized my neck was sitting how it should when I sleep. Prior I had issue with neck pain. So when I got home I ordered two and can't sleep without them. I got the soft ones and they work like a charm.

I bought these pillows because I was waking up with headaches from using the pillows that I already had. These pillows have great reviews, so I purchased two. They are very hard and uncomfortable. No matter how I sleep, I still wake up with a sore neck and/or a headache. Unfortunately, they don't accept returns, so they're just on my bed for decoration purposes now.

Unfortunately, for us, these pillows were too stiff and restrictive. I personally woke up after sleeping on it with the sensation that my head had been held in the same position all night.

Both the bed and pillow were well worth the price. Best pillow I have ever purchased. As both a back and stomach sleeper this pillows height and firmness works perfectly for me.

I mainly fall asleep on my stomach, of which I don't recommend this pillow as it is too high even though it does mold to you. However, I highly recommend this pillow for side and back sleeping, it molds perfectly and is incredibly comfortable.
