[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Tempur-Cloud pillow and it will not be my last. It was comfortable and supporting from the first time I laid my head on it. I was impressed and loving my good night's sleep. Once again Tempurpedic has not disappointed me.

These new pillows are no where as firm as my old temper pillows I purchased years ago. These pillows do not support your head at all. I'm actually in the process of returning both pillows I purchased. Very disappointed, for the cost of these pillows you would at least expect a little support. I highly recommend selecting a different pillow with a much greater firmness, unfortunately this model does not support your head and neck well at all. And, I love temper, I have a mattress and old pillows they are excellent!!! These pillows unfortunately just do not support like they need too.

I have been through so many types of pillows (including the tempur-neck pillow) and nothing has helped my neck pain and resulting headaches. Since I got this pillow it has been such a relief. I finally sleep well, both on my back and my side, and my neck is totally comfortable. COMPLETELY worth the money, I'm so glad I got it!

10/10 wou;ld buy agian, gift as gift, swear on my grave, the whole shebang., was having neck pain, bad sleep, blah blah, too soft, too hard, down got soft, others were too hard, tried a %60 sealy one which was MEH< took a gamble on this after seeing reviews and after getting one i got 2 more so fill up my king bed with these so i can roll around and sleep anywhere. neck pain has subsided theyr'e perfect softness/hardness for me and i shall swear by them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Cloud pillow is just ok. I no longer have neck pain when I sleep, however, I don't think this pillow is going to last. It's very flat and it wasn't cheap. I purchased a new pillow because my old one was...OLD and I was experiencing neck pain. Although I no longer awake with neck pain, I don't think this flat pillow will last very long.

My son told us about these- we were hooked- we gave them to our other son- he loved them and bought more- and now our third son is also sold on the Tempur- Cloud pillow. Our whole family thanks you for a better night's sleep!
