I got this wonderful pillow and honest...I have not had neck pain since and I am amazed when I wake up and think...wow...I slept all night and didn't wake up once. Best pillow ever. Got my daughter one and she loves it too. Thanks ...I am saving up for a mattress and believe me I know which one I want. lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had a fusion of 3 cervical vertebrae, as well as living with extensive arthritis, I'm very particular about my pillows. I actually have a closet full of other pillows that were purchased, but didn't feel comfortable. The Cloud pillow is soft enough so it doesn't cause discomfort, but provides great support for my neck. I sleep on both my side and my back, and the pillow is comfortable either way. I'm on my second Cloud pillow, as the first one began to lose it's "oomph" after several years of use. When it came time to purchase another pillow, there was no question that it would be another Cloud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this BOGO for my partner as I have a TempurPedic pillow of my own at home and noticed she kept asking to sleep with it. We love it! Now we have enough pillows for both of us to use and sleep comfortably. We both were recently in a car accident and had concussions and neck pain and these definitely helped recover our pain.

I have a temperpedic bed and pillow that are over ten years old, that I was trying to replace. They got rid of the other one. This did not live up to the standards that I had come to expect from this company, as the pillow doesn't have any structure once you lay on it.

So I tried again the next night; my back began to hurt, I was very uncomfortable and couldn't make it through the night with that pillow. I sleep primarily on my back: the pillow felt unyielding. This may be good for some but.... well they are packed away. (I do have a Tempur-Pedic mattress that I am very pleased with) I have always slept on down/feather pillows, this may have had something to do with my body's reaction.

I have had 2 Symphony pillows. The first was the very best, nice & firm, cool, lasted years (until my dog chewed it). My second Symphony pillow around 2017 featured a new cover but it felt cheaper, softer than the original. This time I got the great 2/$99 price on the Cloud pillows which are fine, but too soft, hotter than I prefer, I find myself turn it to the "cool" side often. At this time, I am sleeping on what's left of the original Symphony pillow, as this was the absolute best one I've had the pleasure to own. I love the Tempur-Pedic brand, but it seems to have "softened" over the years which makes me sad! Bring back the ORIGINAL Symphony for us side sleepers!! Although it is not MY preferred type, the Cloud is a decent buy especially at the bundled price!

I recently ordered the tempur-cloud pillow and have slept on it for about a week. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable and cozy it was. I always wake up feeling refreshed with these pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had had TemPurPedic pillows in the past, the more wedge-shaped ones, which took a while to get used to. These Cloud Pillows were great from night Number 1. Easy to get used to and wonderfully comfortable!

I am a chiropractor who is always looking for the latest and best products for my patients and my self, whether that be self help tools, nutrition supplements, good restaurants, or good support products including mattresses and pillows. I like this pillow a lot, especially the height/thickness. Too many pillows are too thick or not thick enough. But if I was designing it I would make it about 25% firmer. The reason being, is that it starts out with good support, but by the middle of the night it starts to flatten. I would imagine it is due to the body heat generated which makes the foam more pliable.
