[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps cool but very heavy and rock hard. Hurts my ears. Trouble with tempurpedic too, they were unable to assure me they could cancel a duplicate order I tried to cancel an hour later. No return policy on anything so buyer beware.

MY WIFE AND I ORDERED 2 CLOUD PILLOWS WHICH WE HAVE RECEIVED. THEY WERE SHOWN AS MEDIUM SOFT. AS IT TURNS OUT, THE PILLOWS WERE FIRM AND NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WHEN WE CALLED TO RETURN THEM FOR A SOFTER PILLOW, WE WERE TOLD THAT PILLOWS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WE WERE SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS SINCE WE PURCHASED THEM FROM TEMPURPEDIC DIRECTLY. WE DIDN'T USE THEM AT ALL. WE ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVED THEM. SHAME ON TEMPURPEDIC FOR NOT OFFERING AN EXCHANGE POLICY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm petite and the pillow is a little too high for me. It has a nice soft feel and does collapse down a bit. I use it when I'm sick and laying on the couch and want to sit up higher. But on the bed it is too high.

I went to the chiropractor and the said my neck was way out of alignment. With my adjustment and new pillow, alignment is great and achieving optimal poise. I also bought one for my sister and wife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy these pillows. They're soft enough to mold to your sleep position without being too bulky like some other form fitting pillows out there are. They make it easy to sleep on your back or your side.

I'm really disappointed with this pillow. I've never spent so much money on a pillow and there is no support. My head flattens this pillow out. It only works with another pillow under it for some extra support. I love my cloud bed but this pillow is not worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are much thinner than expected, and when compressed are nearly entirely flat. We were concerned initially, however, they've resulted in wonderful sleep with no more neck pain. Highly recommended

I sleep hot and used a small neck support tempurpedic pillow for about 15 years with a silk cover that helped it not get too hot. I switched to the Tempur-cloud thinking it would be cooler but it is still hot for me. However, it is very comfortable. I just have to find the right pillow case to help keep it smooth and cooler.

This pillow is a little closer to what I need as a side sleeper but I thought it would be a little more firm. I thought by now it would be flatter but it's still able to retain its original shape and feel as the day I got it.
