The part of the pillow where you let your head will flat out and will end up feeling like a rock. If I could I will return it but I have use them. I'm not recommending this pillow but I'm willing to try another model

I wasn't sure I would like this pillow when I first got it. It's the heaviest pillow I've ever felt. It's not at all like the lightweight polyester fill pillows I've slept on for years and years. After having slept on the cloud pillows for a few days now, I find I really do like them. It's a wonderful feeling when my head sinks into the pillow. So far I have not experienced any back or neck pains after sleeping. I don't want to say anything negative about the pillows because I do like them very much, but to be honest I did notice an unusual odor to the pillows when I took them out of the box. The odor seems to have disappeared since then. The pillows were very well packaged when I received them. Each of them were in sealed in plastic bags inside a box.

Super comfy, feels amazing and a great night of sleep every night! A few have commented about it being "hot." I've found that lighter blankets/sheets on top resolve this easily on the occasional night I've been hot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really comfortable. Cheaper than some of the other models, but so comfy and firm. No more leaking stuffing. Definitely improved my sleep over all. Keep their shape and firmness over time. Get 2.

I tried a Cloud pillow out in the store and found it really supportive. I bought two in November 2023, but they became compressed when I laid on them. Not supportive or comfortable at all and were flat like pancakes. Very very disappointed because I wasn't allowed to return them. Total waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow isn't as firm as I would have liked it to be but I'm a side sleeper so I like the firmer pillows but I do like it overall. If you're a side sleeper I wouldn't highly recommend but if you sleep on your back it's fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I started using my pillows I am experiencing less neck and hip pain. I sleep with a pillow between my legs and that has eased a lot of discomfort. Plus it stays cool all night long which is a huge plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first sight, I thought the pillow would be too thin, but started sleeping on it and now it's one of my favorite pillows. It provides the perfect support for my head and neck, even when sleeping on my stomach. The mattress pad is awesome! I've been suffering from back pain for years with difficulty maneuvering to get out of the bed in the morning. Since sleeping on this new mattress pad my pain has much improved. Thanks so much Tempurpedic!!!

I love this pillow! I am trying to train myself to be a back sleeper and this pillow is soft enough to support my neck and help relieve my pressure points without elevating it to an uncomfortable angle. My only complaint is that Tempurpedic does not make it in a travel size so I can bring my favorite pillow when I travel! If anyone at Tempurpedic is reading this please make a travel version of the Tempurpedic Cloud pillow ASAP!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is, by far, the most comfortable pillow I have had. My neck used to hurt, my head used to hurt. I used to wake up in the middle of the night tired. Not anymore, thanks to Tempur pedic! This pillow took all worries away from the night one. I am buying another set for sure for my kids as well.
