The very first night that I slept on your pillows I was amazed - no neckache!! Thank you so much. The reason I bought from Tempurpedic is because my grandson works there and he often spoke about how particular they were about the quality of their products. I am planning on buying a mattress in the not so distant future.

I was used to waking up during the night with severe pain in my neck and I could barely turn my head at all. I would have to turn my whole body to try to get in a more comfortable position. I've been using this pillow now for a month or two and I haven't had any neck pain during this time. I highly recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this pillow as it is very comfortable and the right firmness for me. I sleep on my back and side and the pillow works well for either sleep position. The only negative thing is that the size is a bit small as I prefer a queen size.

Ordered on the BOGO special & to my surprise it was a standard size pillow! It was my fault clearly, I didn't note the description (size). So i thought I'd return it to learn that Tempur-Pedic doesn't accept returns on pillows. I partially understand that for sanitary reasons, but in this case, I never slept on the pillows- and with that said, how do you know they will work for you unless you lay your head on them? All that said, since I was stuck with it, I slept on them and they actually feel great. Just the right amount of firmness, but not too firm. The only problem is I still need a set of King pillows, and I'm very hesitant to order from Tempur-Pedic due to the return policy. So I'll likely look elsewhere.

I did start to notice after while that these pillows started to flatten up the more I laid my head on them. I'm a little disappointed that it turned out this way, because I spent a pretty penny on these products thinking that it would be a great sleeping investment for my partner and I. I also thought these would be high quality considering the high reputation of this company. I hope the quality of these pillows will continue to improve in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillows recently because I was having neck pains and shoulder pains I always sleep on the side and had a hard time getting a pillow that matched my comfort. After I try this pillow I slept very comfortably and my pains started to go away, I enjoy this pillow because it's also cold and has a firm shape to hold my weight and have my spine aligned. Overall I really like this pillow and highly recommend.

This pillow is a little less expensive than some of their other options therefor the comfort is a little less. My previous Tempurpedic pillows cost a little more and it showed in their comfort.

I had been dealing with neck pain from my previous pillows but since I got this Cloud pillow, I no longer have an aching neck when I wake up in the morning. I have also found that I have been sleeping better since using this pillow as well since I am more comfortable and not struggling to find the perfect sleeping position. Highly recommend this product.
