[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased my first TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow during the holiday "2 for 1" deal. My son had been complaining of neck cramping from previous pillow used. I chose the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow over others after reading up on the reviews and a recommendation from my sis who stated the following: I'd rather pay for an expensive pillow that will last a few years over constant neck pain and having to replace a bad pillow every few months.

I bought these pillows because I was waking up with headaches from using the pillows that I already had. These pillows have great reviews, so I purchased two. They are very hard and uncomfortable. No matter how I sleep, I still wake up with a sore neck and/or a headache. Unfortunately, they don't accept returns, so they're just on my bed for decoration purposes now.

He has an early start at work and needs to fall asleep as soon as he lays down. He's been sleeping as soon as he gets in from work! He's never been able to fall asleep without complaining about his neck. This pillow has given him soundless nights of painless sleep! I was very skeptical, but had every intention of putting them in a guest room. I tried it for one night and fell in love with it. It is so comfortable and I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed.
