[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems very good quality but is only soft at first, once it has adjusted to you it seems hard compressed. I sleep mostly on my stomach and move around, this becomes hard when adjusting in the middle of the night.

I probably would not have chosen it myself because I am used to using a squishy poly-fill pillow and always thought memory foam was much too firm. I think we always buy pillows based on the way they feel when touched by your hand. You really can't do that with memory foam because it feels much firmer on your hand than how it actually feels under your head. I absolutely love this pillow. Comfortable no matter what my sleeping position. No neck aches. Keeps its shape and has removable cover that can be washed. I was so wrong about using a memory foam pillow. It has been just wonderful!

The first night with his pillow I knew I had found it! Those who have problems sleeping due to neck or back pain will understand. Try this pillow out, it's amazing.

I like that this pillow is not as thick as others, and is on the softer side (but not too soft). It allows me to sleep on my side and back comfortably. I've gone through a number of other pillows including others from Tempurpedic, but this one so far is the winner.

I bought this pillow after having tried a similar one at a mattress store. This one did not have the cooling feature but it was part of the BOGO deal, so I decided to give it a try. I generally fall asleep on my back and will wake up in different positions. I slept on this pillow the first night and felt like my head would sink all the way down where I could feel the mattress on the back of my head. I slept on it without a pillow case and it made my head feel pretty hot, which was a pretty bad feeling I hadn't experienced in the past. I decided to sleep on it several nights to give it a chance but after 3 nights of sleeping uncomfortable on it, I decided to give up. I did use a soft pillow case, which seem to help a bit with the temperature. It is a soft pillow and the memory foam does feel nice. I just wish it wouldn't sink all the way down. I did get a different pillow for my wife on the BOGO so that we could each try both pillows, but unfortunately it didn't work out either. I knew I wouldn't be able to return them but hoped at least one of them would work. My wife didn't like either one as well, so now we have some pretty expensive shams. We will use them for our guest bedroom and gladly gift it to the first guest that compliments them.

I like sponge(memory foam) pillows in general; this one has the right amount of firmness/sponge to get you that great quality sleep and comfort. well worth the price.

I received this pillow free with the purchase of a mattress topper. I have to admit, I wasn't sure how I'd like a pillow feeling so firm. Just like the firmness of the topper, my head seems to melt into this pillow. I can even pull it around to fit the way I like it. I've purchased many pillows to find the comfort that I liked. I think I might have found it just by getting the mattress topper and the pillow as an added benefit. It may not be the type for everyone but it works for me.

I had neck pain for many years and recently I decided to switch to cloud pillows it feels like heaven!! My neck pain has improved. Now every night I'm looking forward to my pillow and sleeping like a baby :) I wish I had switch to tempur cloud pillow sooner !!!

I had been dealing with neck pain from my previous pillows but since I got this Cloud pillow, I no longer have an aching neck when I wake up in the morning. I have also found that I have been sleeping better since using this pillow as well since I am more comfortable and not struggling to find the perfect sleeping position. Highly recommend this product.
