[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow incredibly soft. It's the epitome of Tempur material foam. It's super conforming and snaps back to shape quickly when you're off it. We bought two and they are about as supportive and comfortable pillow I've ever touched.

This pillow is very comfortable density-wise, but as a side-sleeper, I wish it was slightly thicker. It's also supposed to be a standard queen, but it's definitely not queen-sized. The width is pretty good, but it needs to be 5-6" longer. I need to buy new pillowcases because I'm continually pulling the fabric taut during the night. The excess fabric tends to bunch up under my face which is uncomfortable.

I was in a car accident a couple of years back and since then I always had terrible neck pain which resulted from the whiplash. Before making the decision of buying this pillow, I had a generic target pillow. Since using this pillow for a couple of months already, the neck pain has vanished and I no longer wake up with a stiff neck. I would recommend to friends and family and they also make a great present for all occasions because who doesn't enjoy a good night sleep?

I went to a dermatologists and he said I had Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH) on my ear. He suggested I look at Tempur-pedic pillows or other pillows made for that condition (pillows with a hole for your ear). I went with Tempur-pedic and I have been very happy. The pain is gone and I have been sleeping much better and longer than I used to.

After more than a year of looking and trying countless pillows that boasted their abilities to "get the best sleep ever"... I finally tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow. I had been waiting for the BOGO sale so that I could have one for our RV as well as home. FINALLY, I am not experiencing the inevitable morning neck pain that I had been experiencing for several years. What is interesting is that a salesman from one of Tempur-Pedic's leading competitors is the one who directed me to Tempur-Pedic!! Thank goodness I listened!
