[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two, one for my fiance and one for myself. I am actually really glad I did. Before this, we were using the MyPillow, which was definitely not my favorite. I didn't like the feeling of a lumpy sack under my head. I'm sure it works just fine for some people, but it didn't work for me. This Tempur-cloud pillow is the best pillow I've ever had. Its soft enough to cradle my head but firm enough to keep my head and neck aligned. Basically, if you want something like an angel holding you close and offering security and warmth, then you need this pillow.

We loved the first one for 20 years, but we love this one even more. We are sleeping better. I have severe back issues. The ability to raise my legs really gives me some relief and allows me to het some much needed sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Tempurpedic mattress topper at home and thought that was enough for me to catch a full night's rest. It wasn't until my cousin told me about a sale Tempurpedic was having online that I considered purchasing a pair for my husband and I. Before, I would get a full night's rest about 1 out of 5 days. My husband suffers from sleeping problems more so 5-6 hours is considered normal for him. Now that we have TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow, we sleep longer and better (sometimes staying in bed longer is tempting!). We have more energy and focus through the workweek. It's amazing how much a pillow can change your life. But we are grateful for it and we enjoy getting to bed every day. I've recommended the pillows to my neighbors and they are now considering a Tempurpedic mattress! The pillow is about medium firmness. It's not heavy and easy to pack away for transport. I've even taken the pillow with me on long flights because I've gotten attached to it. Truthfully I have no cons about the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow and my husband feels the same. We are actually considering in getting 2 more for our guest room!

I used to have a lot more back pain, and slept poorly before switching to there products. As with everything its of course not for everyone but I would definitely recommend trying it out. Remember you also have to give your body time to adjust to the change in the way its sleeping.

I knew I had to make a change to my pillows. The cloud pillow is so comfortable and supports my neck and head perfectly. I could finally say good bye to the headaches, neck aches, and sleepless nights. I'm so glad my search for the perfect pillow has ended. The shipping was quick and everything came packaged neatly and sealed in special bags. It also doesn't make you feel hit even with the Tempur-pedic protective case. Though the desk chair cushion doesn't fully cover it still protects my bum while I sit. Cannot find a pillow this nice anywhere online for my bum. Your pillow fits the bill for sleep and sitting.

However, I believe I ordered soft and should have ordered a more firm. This pillow does go flat when we lay on it. It does come right back to where it was but is flat while laying on it.

I have always preferred sleeping on my stomach or side, but these pillows make me want to sleep on my back (which makes me feel great)!!! I've already ordered more Tempurpedic products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur finally won me over. Had several toppers that were ok. Our problem is she likes it soft/he likes it firm mattress that is. Our mattress is fairly fresh, 18 months so the compromise is a topper to create the cush she wants. Tempur topper is supportive, takes a week to three to get comfortable with, but is warmer than we thought or it would get 5.
