[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous Tempur-Cloud pillow and loved it! This one is a bit softer and thinner than the first, but still so soft and comfy! I can keep my post earrings in and not have them poke the side of my head. Great pillow!!

The pillows were received as part of a promotion with the mattress toppers we purchased and they are extremely comfortable and well-made. We would highly recommend all of these products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is, by far, the most comfortable pillow I have had. My neck used to hurt, my head used to hurt. I used to wake up in the middle of the night tired. Not anymore, thanks to Tempur pedic! This pillow took all worries away from the night one. I am buying another set for sure for my kids as well.

I ordered this pillow thinking it would be a great pillow. I was wrong, and felt it was uncomfortable, and has no support. I called to see about returning, or exchanging the pillow. Unfortunately I didn't read the NO RETURN Policy. This pillow definitely did not change my life. If anything I am highly upset knowing I spent all this money on something I will never use. It's unfortunate they won't even let you exchange to try a different product. Lesson well learned

This pillow is almost perfect. The moment I set my head down, it's extremely comfortable and easy to fall asleep. As it warms up though, it loses a notable amount of support. I sleep notably better than with a conventional pillow, but I really wish they sold one 10-20% larger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased 2 Cloud pillows for my husband and myself. We love them. They're the perfect density with good support but not hard like some older Tempur-pedic pillows from several years ago. Also love the shape of them.

The part of the pillow where you let your head will flat out and will end up feeling like a rock. If I could I will return it but I have use them. I'm not recommending this pillow but I'm willing to try another model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my first memory foam pillows and it did take about a week to get used to sleeping on them. Now that I have though, I never want to switch back to a normal pillow! These pillows are super soft and give me support weather I'm sleeping on my side or my back.

This pillow is so, so soft and simply melts under your head, and thankfully, has maintained its shape. Truthfully, I didn't read the measurements carefully and was shocked/upset at how thin they were. For weeks I woke up with headaches because my head was lower than I was accustomed to so I tried to stack two at once but that just craned my neck. Now, I've adjusted my posture and got used to it but if you're looking to buy, be mindful the pillow itself is thin and very, very soft--your head will literally sink into it.
