Very nice pillow, have been enjoying them ever since i started using. They provide the exact support needed for my neck and head. Absolutely love them and recommend them.

The pillow is very soft, which is great to start but then i wake up to a flat pillow during the night and have to flip it to the other side for more support, again and again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love that the Tempur-Cloud pillow keeps my neck at the perfect alignment. Too often memory foam pillows cause my chin to tuck down and are just overall too thick and unforgiving. This pillow is absolutely awesome. My chin doesn't tuck, my neck, head, and shoulders are in excellent alignment and none feel forced or pushed. I love that this pillow has support but is still plush. It isn't so plush that it covers my nose when I lay on my side, but gives me a nice sinking feeling while still being supportive. It doesn't make my ear fall asleep either! Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is generally a nice, good quality pillow. I would say that it's probably better for people that sleep on their backs though. I am a side sleeper and it's a little flat for side-sleeping in my opinion. My partner sleeps on his back and really likes it though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before we got the cloud pillow my I have degenerative disc in my neck and would wake up almost unable to turn my head, this pillow has been amazing and I haven't had these issues since switching pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compresses too much for my liking doesn't really provide support so still find myself putting my hand underneath the pillow for support otherwise my neck hurts. Found it frustrating that there's no return or exchange policy, how are you supposed to know before buying the pillow whether it's going to meet your needs?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was soft and comfortable when I am laying face up sleeping. Felt no pressure on the head and neck. The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.

I have tried MANY pillows .. I have now had this pillow about a month now. I absolutely LOVE it!!! I have now purchased 4. I wake with NO neck pain ( I'm a back sleeper ) no lower back pain. No needing to fluff my pillow at night to get it to form to my head !! I'm 5'4 120#. I would highly recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is quite comfortable. It provides great support and feels nice to sleep on. However, I was disappointed with the strong chemical smell that came with it. I had to let it air out for several days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hoping it would be the kind of quality you would expect form Tempurpedic, but it turned out to just be a cheap, thin pillow that you can buy for a quarter of the price at any convenience store. It hurts my neck and does not offer any support whatsoever. On TOP of that, they do not offer refunds so DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Learn from my mistake.
