[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been able to sleep well since I got the pillow. It is comfortable to sleep on and does not "wad" up like other pillows have in the past. The pillow keeps its shape and does not have to be fluffed after sleeping on it a while.

We have sleet on a Tempurpedic for over 10 years so, I knew the quality was good. I read several reviews from different pillows, manufactures and ultimately decided that the cloud pillow was what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick! Since getting the pillows about a month ago, I have not woken up with a headache or neck pain. I love the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quality pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharing my personal experience. It's a good quality pillow but quite high for my neck. Sometimes I wake up with strained neck in the morning mainly because it is not aligned with my backbone. I can feel that my head is kinda hanging in the air when I rest on my back. Other way of explaining it is that my shoulders & almost a quarter of the back do not touch the mattress when I'm on my back. That should not be the case. It works fine when I'm laying on my side though. I think if Tempurpedic makes some low height pillows, it'll be very useful for many customers.

The pillow is not good for side sleepers. It does help with my neck and back issues, but it is so hard that my ear developed sores. I wake up more often at night with my ear hurting and it has been a couple of months since using the pillow. Wish I could return it.

He has an early start at work and needs to fall asleep as soon as he lays down. He's been sleeping as soon as he gets in from work!
