I wish the two I bought would have been a little firmer. They are an almost rating. Meaning almost perfect. For the most part I am happy with the purchase. I plan on buying more, but the next time I will call in to see if I can find pillows that are somewhat firmer. Recommended with a question mark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon reading the reviews I was very excited to receive these pillows. Unfortunately my experience was not so positive. If you are a side sleeper these pillows aren't bad. Just enough cushion to accommodate the gap under the neck. However if you are a back sleeper, these pillows will leave you in pain. They "deflate" within 20 mins of laying on it and leave you with no neck support.

I love tempur-pedic and have used them for years, I thought I would try the cloud pillow and it looks great! However it is way to soft, it gets paper thin where I lay and takes a while to come back up. Definitely needs to have an option for a medium/firm because the shape is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had just purchased a Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame because of back issues affecting my sleep. My regular pillows were not working out. I purchased two tempur-cloud pillows. Found them to be a little harder than I like but I am becoming accustomed to the density. They appear very durable and quickly return to shape if repositioned. Plus they don't tilt my head which caused me to snore.

It curves your neck naturally relaxing your posture so that you don't toss and turn at night. My sleep hours has dramatically increased and I wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously bought 2 of these pillows because I did not had good pillows, and when they arrived at first they where confortable, really soft just like the name suggest a cloud. But after a few nights of using it I noticed that this pillow was too soft for me , it's seems to be thick but because of its softness your head ends up sinking a lot. Therefore this pillow really is what the name suggests it feels just like a cloud and it really is comfortable, but for me not as hard as I would like it. If you like your pillows thin this would be good for you even though it doesn't look thin once you put your head it will sink and end up being thinner than expected.

In most ways, my husband and I really like this pillow, which is soft and comfortable and would work great if you happen to sleep on your back. However, we are both side sleepers, and both of us have wide shoulders, and it simply does not hold our heads in a neutral position so we wake up with stiff necks. If the pillow came in sizes and we could opt for the same softness and comfort in a taller pillow, that would be perfect.

We have used both these and the Dual Breeze Cloud pillows, and they rank #1 and #2, respectively. This seems to last longer than Dual Breeze Cloud and fits very well for true side sleepers. I tell all my patients to buy them!

This pillow is super soft and comfy, but it can get hot sometimes and I'll wake up with sweat on my neck. This is a rare occasion. Highly recommend if your A/C is set low. I usually toss and turn for quite some time and like to fold the pillow. This pillow has yet to lose any firmness after 4-5 months of use.
