Primarily use the pillow for lumbar support in chairs. Works well for the lumbar spine. Too much pillow for a cervical roll.

I should have looked at the product dimensions more carefully before purchasing. This is too small to be of much use to me.

Very unhappy with Tempur Pedic pillows. Never opened package. No returns and no refund for their VERY POOR product. DO NOT BUY THEIR PILLOWS.

Comfort is key especially after having surgery. These pillows definitely help keep the pressure off my lower back.

great for recovering from back strain or preventing anogther one. Fits in my purse--keeps its shape and provide just the right amount of support.
