I was disappointed in how flat it was I have chronic neck problems so I wanted a pillow that would give me support and comfort

have previously purchased Tempur-Pedic pillows...they are thinner and wanted new ones .. sadly the new ones are too thick for my comfort.

But it goes flat so i try to put a different pillow under it so i can have support but it doesn't work

great for recovering from back strain or preventing anogther one. Fits in my purse--keeps its shape and provide just the right amount of support.

I thought this is a so called "all purpose pillow" but it won't give me any comfy to use it. I just wasted my money! NOT good

Primarily use the pillow for lumbar support in chairs. Works well for the lumbar spine. Too much pillow for a cervical roll.

The fabric was pilling from the cover and the pillow didn't keep its shape. Called customer service and they weren't very impressive either.
