I've had many many Tempur-Pedic pillows. Something changed. It's not like before. It's stiff and too hard, hurts my neck even more. It's way too high for neck support. It's a dog bed now. At least my dog likes it ...

The pillow was purchased 8 months ago for my husband. He had never had a pillow that worked very well for him, but this one does. He does not wake up now with a headache. He is very grateful for that.

due to the "personal nature" of these products they can not be returned even though their beds supposedly have a 90 day trial. read the fine print before you buy anything from this company

Takes some getting use to but I am happier than my husband !!! I like the way it contours to my neck and head. He is still adjusting and is on the fence.
