[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this peanut shaped travel pillow. It it also great for the couch or chair for neck or just to lean on. Also can be used to support your legs while sleeping. It really is an all purpose pillow!

2 pillows delivered with inner zippers not properly working. Temperpedic was notified immediately upon receipt. I had to go thru warranty process & pillows were not replaced due to photo's being difficult to photograph trying unzip inner lining. These should have immediately been replaced as defective merchandise NOT a warranty issue. Temperpedic would have seen the issue upon return of their defective merchandise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are comfortable and supportive. After six months they show no signs of breaking down. At this point I believe they will be incredibly long lasting. So with how long they appear to be lasting they should be worth the expense.

I had previously given this travel pillow to a friend w chronic neck problems for relief and ordered two online on 12-8 as Christmas presents for family. I have four other TP pillows and 4 mattresses and am in the market for a sleeper sofa w a TP mattress from Woodleys. Despite the excellent products my experience was a 1 on a 10 scale with several system problems inherent in your company resulting in five calls to customer service and eventual delivery on January 9 for a belated present, Positives included eventual write off in price and friendliness of staff. Negatives included Original order lost in your system and only retrieved when I called on delivery date No email follow ups on status No offer to change to Fed Ex air for Christmas delivery Several different delivery dates promised System canceled my order due to write off and credit on VISA Common carrier returned product to you rather than delivery on 12-27 Product not available in stores and had to be ordered online (and based on this experience so will never use your online service again and will now consider competitors) Staff attributed problems to Christmas rush and not system problems needing fixing so I doubt any glitches will be investigated and changes made- write offs are nice but based on 40 years of healthcare experience when mistakes are made people want $ plus changes so it does not happen to others All of my five calls were recorded for your process improvement PS I was out of the country when product was delivered but luckily no one took the package an issue that never should have happened if delivery was b4 Christmas Thank you for considering my complaints

I originally bought these pillows because of brand recognition. I thought tempurpedic was a solid brand. Got the pillows and they were terrible. Then found out tempurpedic doesn't take return, but I'm lucky and they'll make an exception. I returned the pillows months ago, and have not received my refund. They are inconsiderate and condescending.

This pillow can be used different way and I have found it pretty useful!

Unfortunately I am not able to use this pillow. I have ordered medium dense, but it is too hard.

Due herniated disc surgery in 2012, never could get a comfortable sleep without pain until this pillow. Cant sleep without it ever..Take it everywhere Im gonna sleep
