[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the symphony pillow because I wanted to replace the one I've had for over ten years. Yes, ten years! However, the quality has certainly gone downhill. The pillow becomes very flat as soon as I lay on it and doesn't provide any support. It's just not worth the price since I can buy something similar for much less.

I purchased two of these pillows. They are very uncomfortable. I not my husband can sleep on them. The memory foam is very hard. I tried breathing it up but that didn't help. I have had the worst headache and neck pains when using this pillow. I would not recommend them. Unfortunately I can't return them. So I have wasted money on something I can't use.I have put them in the closet.There was nothing I liked about this product

First let me say, that I knew before hand that the pillow I purchased, did not come in a king sized version, only in a standard size.. That said, the pillow is great, and provides great support but, it looks ridiculous on a king sized bed, inside a king sized pillow case. Would be nice if they offered different sizes, to accommodate different sized beds.

I love the pillow so much and it has really helped with my injured neck and back. However, when I first got it, it smelled so horribly of chemicals I had to let it air out for almost a week before I could manage to lay my head on it without getting a headache.

I had neck pain for a few months and finally gave this pillow a try. The support from the pillow provides me with more comfort and a better overall sleep.

I purchased the same version of this pillow seven years ago, I figured I needed to replace my current one. The first pillow I received was defective and the customer service representative told me pillows are not refundable, but he could send me out another one. After receiving the new one in the mail, I am so glad I did not throw out my old one! After using the new one for one night I had horrible neck pain. The foam is COMPLETELY different than my original one, it is made so much cheaper and smelt horrible. This was a waste of my money and time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was coming from an old Tempur-Pedic pillow and I really had no idea what model it is. It probably 15 years old. I took a chance on this one and I really don't like it. I get neck aches and wake up with pain. After looking more thoroughly at the pillows I think I may have the Cloud Pro. But that is over double the price and I most like out of return window. I have gone back to using my old pillow.

I bought this same pillow 9 or 10 years ago when we first purchased or TP bed and I have RARELY used a different pillow the entire time I've had it. But being so old, I wanted to get a new one and pass my old one down to one of my teen kids- but once I received the new one I realized that it didn't seem as thick/wide as the one I originally have. So I am sticking with my older one (which STILL holds its form and support well- and I still live) until it truly falls apart I guess. I guess I just got spoiled with the old design. I ended up giving my new one to my teen boy and he loves it! He says it's the best sleep he has gotten in a long time. (We usually only use regular pillows for our kids Up to this point) It truly is worth the money though, if you are looking for a long lasting, quality pillow! I just wish I would have been able to try it out in a store before buying, I may have went with a different design. Stupid Covid-19.

I am not hooked on it, however upon ordering her replacement I was dismayed that it is not the same pillow as much as I want it to be. I could tell right away when I opened it and felt the density and weight of the productI it was not the same. To be direct t's just not as supportive. As they say nothing lasts forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is really comfortable and the double design is actually really nice. I toss and turn but if I have it on the side sleeping side it's supporting my whole neck and head. I have noticed better sleep since using it and my usual neck pain when waking up has subsided significantly which has been amazing. The only thing is it's really small for some reason. For reference I am 140 pounds with a small frame and I am constantly sliding it during the night. If it was wider it would be perfect. I have a king bed and this size seems to fit my full guest bed fine. For a pillow that's marketed towards sleepers that toss and turn it has no room to toss and turn!
