[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Symphony Pillow was unlike any previous pillow I have owned. It is solidly constructed, yet it immediately molds itself to gently but firmly provide full support when called upon. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had.

I have had a contoured pillow since 2004. I recently got a second home and needed another pillow. I recently received my new pillow that I bought directly from Tempurpedic. Looks just like my old one, but I have to tell you that I think they have changed the formula of the foam they use b/c it stinks. It almost smells like old dirty socks and it has been over a month. Why? I wish the folks at Casper, awesome foam bed manufacturer made pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow! I've tried a lot of pillows over the years and recently upgraded due to a move and this one blows competitors out of the water! I am a side sleeper but turn all over and this is great in any position! I get great sleep and my neck always feels rejuvenated after using this pillow!

The quality of the pillow is good, but it is much more firm than I anticipated and actually pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. My neck/upper back has been hurting since making the switch which is unfortunate because I bought 4 of these! I will likely have to switch to something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really liked this pillow thus far. It is very supportive and has a side conducive to side sleeping and one for back sleeping. I have had fewer headaches since I replaced by old pillows with the Tempur-Symphony pillows.

I was in a serious car accident 11 months ago which has left me with chronic neck pain. I have had the pillow for over a month now and it has really helped reduce my neck pain. I sleep on my side and sometimes on my back and have been pleased with the comfort level for both. The only thing I would change is ordering the larger pillow size. I got the standard and have a king sized bed so it would be nice to have more of such a great pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the pillow and mattress were less supportive and more sagged/flattened within 2 months of use then the cheap ones we had been using for years. Company wouldn't even do anything for us. so much for warranty! Never going to use tempur pedic again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a different type of pillow than I've had in the past. It's much firmer and that was an adjustment for me. As far as the dual-sided design, it's so subtle I can't even tell the difference. I'm not 100% convinced that this is THE pillow for me, but it has helped some with my neck pain. I'm sticking with this one for a while, but if I decide to try another pillow, I'll consider another Tempurpedic.
