First, we love Tempurpedic brand. Got a new Tempur-Breeze Matress in Dec, and it's the best! Back on the pillows, it simply didn't work for us. They may be a bit high, and we don't get any rest from them. We both woke up with neck pain. For now we went back to use our old pillows which are on the soft side, until we find a new soft ones - TempurPedic? I hope so.

Unfortunately tried this pillows for a week now and just can't sleep, keeps tossing and turning all night long. So called customer service and found pillows are not returnable. When I purchased it says 90 days trial and if you don't like send it back. When I called customer service they asked me to review the fine print which says only for mattress. This is ripping customer as how will I find out if the pillows will be comfortable and I can sleep well till I try. Never buy online from Tempurpedi as you will loose your money since they don't keep promise and then will refuse you to read the fine print disclosure so that they can keep your money.

This was order as a replacement for exactly same model 9 year old pillows, very disappointing to learn it is a very different pillow now. Not as comfortable and not as soft as a 9 years old, else is much more flat and heavy. Due to return policy now we are stuck with very disappointing product.

This pillow is so comfortable. I am a belly/side sleeper (just general tosser) and my partner is a side sleeper. I have always liked firmer pillows and he has always preferred softer pillows that just sink when he puts his head on it. Well guess what - he has no more neck or back pain after sleeping, and we're BOTH having better rested nights. Do yourself a favor and GET THIS PILLOW!! I'll never go back to regular non-memory foam pillows again.

I replaced my two original Tempur-Pedic pillows. One was the soft pillow, now Symphony Pillow, and the other was the medium foam pillow, now neck pillow. I am sad that the quality and offerings have gone down hill while the price has increased. For starters, these two pillows are tiny! My original pillows were both 25" long. Now, the Symphony Pillow is 23" and the neck pillow is 19". Both are an inch less than advertised. I guess this is on me for not realizing they were different sizes, so buyer beware. Given the size differences, they look funny on the bed. The washable encasement is a new/different material too, which makes the pillows fall out of their pillow cases every night. So for these pillows, you need a zip case or one that opens in the middle of the back, not the traditional ones that have an opening on the side. Lastly, they are much less soft than advertised, especially compared to the ones I replaced. The Symphony is advertised as "soft," but it keeps its form. The Neck-Pillow did not come in medium, only firm. So again, this one is one me, but it really is FIRM. I wish there was a trial period or returns. I understand this is a personal item, but it comes in an encasement, so surely Termpur-Pedic can repackage the pillows with a new encasement and re-sell as new. If these were refundable, I would return them both :(

We had our first set for over 10 years! When we decided it was time for a new set we knew we were getting those same pillows again because they are amazing. You won't be disappointed with these pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new bed this past fall the Tempur-pedic breeze, hybrid, and power base. I couldn't find a pillow that was great to go with it until now. As long as I bring the head down most of the way it works beautifully. I would recommend this pillow for both back sleepers and side sleepers by just flipping it over

I ordered this product because I already had one that I bought years ago. I got it today and opened it only to find that while I paid more for this one, it was considerably smaller than my old pillow of the exact same model. It's about 3 inches shorter in width and 5 inches shorter in length than my old one. Very disappointed because I've sent countless people to tempurpedic over the years because of how I raved about this pillow

I decided to try a higher pillow since I stopped just sleeping on my back. This pillow claims you can use both ways. It is stiffer than I am used to even though it says it is Soft. I had it over 2 months and it didn't get softer.
