Unfortunately tried this pillows for a week now and just can't sleep, keeps tossing and turning all night long. So called customer service and found pillows are not returnable. When I purchased it says 90 days trial and if you don't like send it back. When I called customer service they asked me to review the fine print which says only for mattress. This is ripping customer as how will I find out if the pillows will be comfortable and I can sleep well till I try. Never buy online from Tempurpedi as you will loose your money since they don't keep promise and then will refuse you to read the fine print disclosure so that they can keep your money.

It served me well every single night for more than a decade before it was damaged in an accident. I ordered a new temperpedic pillow in the same model and size, and it feels just as comfortable and familiar as my old pillow. I love my temperpedic pillow and longevity and consistency they provide!

My wife and I find the Symphony pillows to be very comfortable. We like that they are firm enough for support but not so hard that you become uncomfortable. The design with contour on one side is really comfortable on the neck and shoulders. Very satisfied with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this pillow. It requires a pillow cover or it alips right out of the pillow case. As a pregnant mama, I wish I had gotten a taller one for more elevation but I do like how it is compact and molds to my head and neck.

I never thought I would get the best sleep I've gotten In 5 years. The second I hit this pillow, I'm out for the night and stay out for the night. I definitely will continue to purchase products from tempurpedic.

I purchased the same version of this pillow seven years ago, I figured I needed to replace my current one. The first pillow I received was defective and the customer service representative told me pillows are not refundable, but he could send me out another one. After receiving the new one in the mail, I am so glad I did not throw out my old one! After using the new one for one night I had horrible neck pain. The foam is COMPLETELY different than my original one, it is made so much cheaper and smelt horrible. This was a waste of my money and time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempurpedic has been my go to sleep and comfort brand since 2008. When I saw the buy one get one pillow Black Friday deal I knew I would regret passing that up. I was able to get myself a new pillow and my girlfriend a nice Christmas gift!

These pillows basically flatten once your head is on them, leaving no support. As someone with neck problems, I was really hopeful this pillow would've helped ease some of my neck pain especially for the price I paid, but it doesn't. Now we're stuck with 2 $100 pillows that we don't use to sleep on because they aren't comfortable.
