This pillow has literally changed my sleep. I sleep through the night with minimal tossing and turning when I used to toss and then all night. I also take this to every hotel I go to because no pillow will ever let me sleep the way this one does. You will not regret this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am mostly happy with the pillow; the support is there that I needed. The material is better than expected. It hasn't made a huge difference yet with how I am sleeping, and I had high hopes for that. I do still find my neck kinked and I have had stiff shoulder and neck muscles. I wish I seen an option for King size pillow, as I have a queen pillow on a kind bed and I'd rather have the larger to be more comfortable on my bed. Also, there isn't a return policy, and if your city does not have a distributor nearby to test these pillows out, you are out of luck like me.

My wife and I find the Symphony pillows to be very comfortable. We like that they are firm enough for support but not so hard that you become uncomfortable. The design with contour on one side is really comfortable on the neck and shoulders. Very satisfied with our purchase.

I recently gifted one to someone with neck problems and they were almost in tears telling me how much this pillow has changed how they sleep and has helped their pain. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleeping much better. My spouse is sleeping much better. The comfort and support of the pillow are outstanding. It is much better than previous pillows of it's type. It does however hold some heat, which I had expected less heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to let your head rest as it is very hard and head sits on top of pillow leading to total discomfort for sleep no matter position. I do not recommend if you are looking for your head to sink into your pillow some. If you like firm - then you may like this too hard for me

I ordered this pillow in Feb for my husband because at the time he had been having pain in his neck and had been seeing a therapist as the neck pain was also causing his arm to fall asleep when he slept. As an aside, at the time, he was also undergoing a sleep study, which later determined he has mild sleep apnea. Almost immediately I noticed when he slept on this pillow was his lack of snoring. It was amazing. He seems to consistently get really good sleep and he hasn't complained of his neck pain in a while; nor of his arm falling asleep. It's almost like a magic pillow. =) I've liked it so much, my mother asked me to buy one for her and one for my father.

Much like the mattress itself, after the break in period, it became very comfortable. Best pillow so far, only wish it was the size of a normal size pillow, because it doesn't fill up the pillow cover.
