Added this topper to my current Tempur-Pedic mattress and it was so amazing!!! I sleep so well now! Their pillows are also very nice! Highly recommend Tempur-Pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Symphony pillow is my favorite Tempur-pedic pillow so far. I am a medium build woman with square shoulders that measure about 5 inches out, and I sleep on my side and back. This pillow is perfect for me in either position, and I love that it's soft and not too firm but still feels supportive. It also is just right as a between-the-legs pillow since it's not too thick. The Tempur-Cloud pillow is not supportive enough for me, and the Tempur-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow was way too firm for me, felt like a rock. My elderly husband loves his Tempur-Adapt Pro + Cooling Lo pillow, but that one is too soft and too flat for me. He likes it because he wears an oxygen cannula at night that wraps around his ears, so a firm or high pillow hurts his ears. These Tempur pillows are expensive; however, both my husband and I suffer from chronic neck and back pain, and the right pillow truly makes a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a similar pillow from Tempur-Pedic about 17 years ago. I loved it and it lasted a long time. It was the best pillow I ever used. To replace that one, I purchased the Symphony pillow. This one is not quite as dense and heavy as my original. It is still a great pillow. My only regret was that I did not buy the Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillow as I find this one to be a little warm at times under my head and neck. These pillows are worth what you pay. I went back to the original Tempur-Pedic company for quality assurance.

I was looking for a pillow that wouldn't cause that horrible "pins and needles" in the hands during the middle of the night and this one has been it. I would definitely order this pillow again.

The comfort level is also good, although it is a little on the firm side. I would love this pillow even more if were a little softer with the same support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have neck pain and frequently toss and turn, so my physical therapist suggested I get a new pillow. I purchased the tempurpedic pillow and I'm sleeping through the night and waking up with less pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not positive yet about the comfort. I sleep much better on my Tempurpedic mattress topper but my neck is only comfortable when I locate the right position on the pillow. Still trying to adjust.

Can't live without it. I owned one of these pillows for many years and forgot and left it on a cruise ship and it was never found rest was never the same without the pillow that I had had for many years so now I've purchased two of them and everything is back to normal. The most comfortable pillow ever.

I have used every pillow out there including several types of tempurpedic ones. No matter the quality of a pillow, I always wake up sore & stiff and achy. This symphony pillow is comfortable and has reduced the amount of neck stiffness when I wake up in the morning. I'm a side sleeper with occasional sleeping on my back. This pillow could be 5 stars, but I feel there is always room for improvement. I've had this pillow for about 3 months now and it is still comfortable.

As a long-time Tempur-pedic mattress and prior version of symphony pillow owner, I am extremely disappointed with the new symphony pillow. It is smaller, flatter, and is not up to par with even a regular pillow. Tempur-pedic should immediately go back to the original version of the pillow, otherwise you will have a lot of unhappy customers.
