The only thing that I can say is “ROCK!” I bought one in BoGo so the second was free. Blhahaha! I can even use one! The TEMPUR-Symphony Pillow has been a wonderful addition to my nightly routine. It provides excellent support while still feeling soft and comfortable, helping maintain proper alignment whether sleeping on my back or side. We were really hoping theses pillows would hep with some of our back and neck pain but to be honest if they allowed returns for pillows we would have returned. for the money we thought theses would be better. If you swap between side sleeping and back sleeping you HAVE to make sure to flip the pillow or I wake up even more sore.

My husband is very picky when it comes to pillows. I bought the two pack of these pillows (one for me, one for him) and he loves it! This the only pillow he will sleep with now. The memory form is great and bounces back after a few seconds. Very comfortable on the neck!

It took about two weeks to get used to this pillows firmness and shaping, but once I did Id have to say it has helped greatly with my neck and allows me to get a much better night's rest. I would definitely recommend trying this for anyone with neck problems.

I'm a side sleeper with a long history of tossing and turning trying to get my neck and shoulders comfortable at the same time. I saw the Symphony pillow on Facebook and though I was skeptical, decided to give it a try. The improvement in comfort was immediate, — even my sleep score on my watch improved. I can even lie on my back using the reverse side if I want, which I've never been able to do comfortably. Great pillow!

The pillow was small and uncomfortable. We were expecting a great pillow from tempupedic and it was not.

This pillow is too firm for me. I thought it would get softer after the break in period. I'm using my old pillow again.
