[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Symphony pillows to complete my purchase of a new mattress. They just add to the overall comfort of my new TempurPedic mattress. With back and hip issues, these have been instrumental in a much better night's sleep.

had a BOGO with a mattress purchase. could only choose 1 of 3 tempurpedic pillows. husband likes it, but I have to use an old feather pillow on top of this pillow, ? until I break it in, as the 1st 2 days of use, I woke with a terrible head and neck ache. the pillow is very hard, but I do like the tapering for the neck and shoulders and the sides for side sleeping. I wish they would have had more choices from the line of pillows, as I would have preferred the flat softer pillows that have the cooling effect. a little disappointed with the choices with paying so much for the mattress we bought.

I recently gifted one to someone with neck problems and they were almost in tears telling me how much this pillow has changed how they sleep and has helped their pain. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the material & craftsmanship, and side sleeping. Not as good for sleeping on my back. I had a different tempur-pedic pillow that was better for back sleeping, but another family member has claimed it. If I bought them again, I would buy one symphony pillow and one pillow that was a little flatter. Delivery took 1 month. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I called and complained and they rectified the situation and my pillows were delivered a week later.

Bought on a 2 for one special. Have used the first pillow for a couple weeks and ready to move on to the second one. Hope it's not as flat as the first one. If so, what a waste. These pillows are the only ones that I can sleep on and not be miserable, years after a neck surgery. Don't know why the inconsistency with their product. Wish me luck with the 2nd pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is comfortable but I did not realize how small the pillow is. There should be a king pillow size for larger beds. If you do not have a king size bed it should be fine and look proportionate to your bed.

the pillow has too much resistance and pushes my head back - did not provide good experience for a comfortable sleep. Maybe it will be better for a bigger size person. I am 5/9 height 180 pounds. Got the same pillow by accident - now stuck with two I cannot return. This one is NOT for me.
