Then I was unable to return it - the customer service rep instructed me to scroll down on the web page to where that fact was in small type. It is uselessly stored in a closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is comfortable but I did not realize how small the pillow is. There should be a king pillow size for larger beds. If you do not have a king size bed it should be fine and look proportionate to your bed.

We’ve had the Tempur-Pedic cloud pillows for about 10-15 years and loved them. We finally decided it was time for an update and these pillows are great. We’re side and occasionally stomach sleepers and we like that the one side is more flat while the other is a little more rounded and seems to work well for our needs.

had a BOGO with a mattress purchase. could only choose 1 of 3 tempurpedic pillows. husband likes it, but I have to use an old feather pillow on top of this pillow, ? until I break it in, as the 1st 2 days of use, I woke with a terrible head and neck ache. the pillow is very hard, but I do like the tapering for the neck and shoulders and the sides for side sleeping. I wish they would have had more choices from the line of pillows, as I would have preferred the flat softer pillows that have the cooling effect. a little disappointed with the choices with paying so much for the mattress we bought.

The older Symphony Pillow was made with denser/heavier foam so provided better neck support. It also came in the king size which is what I wanted again but they only make it in a very small, almost child size pillow now. I wish they would make it with the older memory foam in a king size again! Also, they do not let you return the product if it doesn't meet expectations or is uncomfortable. That's an expensive mistake to make and I won't be buying any more pillows from Tempurpedic unless they change their return policy. Other pillow companies allow a trial period and then a return if it doesn't work for you. I am stuck with a pillow I really don't like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this out at a store several times before buying it on Black Friday. I'm a side sleeper and it's great for that. I think if you move around a lot at night or sometimes switch to sleeping on your stomach or back this wouldn't be versatile enough, but if you're consistently a side sleeper it's excellent. When I first got it the first few nights left me feeling slightly stiff, but then I (or the pillow) adjusted and now it's my favorite pillow. Previous to this one I'd only had cheap ones that wore out quickly. When I read in bed this one does a comfortable job of supporting my lower back while my sham pillow pads my back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my first one free with my mattress close to 20 years ago. Loved it so much, I paid for its replacement. Sturdy enough to prop up and lean against to read and soft enough to get a good night's sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying this pillow, I had trouble sleeping, if it was took too long. My pillow would get warm, or my neck would get strained. I ordered my first set when, it was BOGO free and I split it with my brother. Big difference in the amount of time to fall asleep. Especially in the summer, pillow stays cool and keeps its shape. Love my pillow. Looking to get a mattress, but waiting for a similar deal as the prices keep me at bay, for now lol

I remember I purchased a tempur pedic pillow 20 years ago and loved it. I've been through many other pillows and my kids always ended up with my tempur pillows. So I purchased two more! Great pillows, support, cushions, density is perfect. Thank you!
