I wanted to love this. I am still struggling to find a good pillow from Tempurpedic that can deliver like their older line (beige cover). This is the second pillow I have tried in the past year and it is disappointing. Too rigid, yet all not supportive somehow.

This pillow has been my favorite one for years. I want to say I've owned at least six of them. As of now, I have 2 at my house and I keep one at my boyfriends. No other pillow compares to this one. This is my go to pillow. It's firm but squishy at the same time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second purchase of a Tempur Symphony pillow. The previous purchase lasted more than 5 years! Not only is it very comfortable, but because it is made of Tempur material, it decreases my allergy exposure to dust, etc..

Either side works and I haven't had pain since switching. I've gotten one for each of my kids and talked several friends into buying one, and they all are happy as well.

The pillow is very comfortable. It fully supports your head and neck while adapting to your position, much like the Pro Adapt mattress. It's also made of high quality material. I highly recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to get another set of the Symphony (side-sleeper) Tempur-Pedic pillows like the ones I got when I purchased my mattress several years ago. But the quality of the new Symphony pillows I received is nothing like the older Tempur-Pedic pillows I've been using. These new pillows are smaller than a normal standard-size pillow (they swim in the pillowcase), and they are much lighter and less dense so they compress down flat which makes it hard to get any head support as a side sleeper. They are not comfortable at all and my husband and I are disappointed as we both get neck and shoulder pain with them.

I recently purchased two Symphony pillows as replacements for Symphony's I purchased 8 years ago. My old pillows still had loft but were starting to pack and get hard. I have to say the newer Symphony does not come close to the previous version. They are super soft, not as high and pack to almost flat throughout the night. I am now back on my old pillows and the new and very costly ones are in the closet. What a disappointment!

Now I can sleep all night without waking up with a sore neck. Can sleep all night without waking up too. Best purchase I ever made. Told my kids about and they also purchased, and they are very happy they did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Symphony pillows to complete my purchase of a new mattress. They just add to the overall comfort of my new TempurPedic mattress. With back and hip issues, these have been instrumental in a much better night's sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is smaller than standard size pillow. Doesn't matter what side you choose it gets really flat and does support back or neck. Do not recommend this product. And remember you can't return them if you are unsatisfied.
