[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow has multiple angles to position it with higher or lower. The height of the pillow seems to work well on a soft bed but would be very flat on a firm mattress. I am a weight lifter with fairly wide shoulders so it may be just right for the average person. My one complaint about the pillow is how the liner against the foam and the case on the pillow itself create a loud sound effect if I move my head up and down or side to side on the pillow. I fear that this will also create a lot of wear on the liners.

I recently purchased two Symphony pillows as replacements for Symphony's I purchased 8 years ago. My old pillows still had loft but were starting to pack and get hard. I have to say the newer Symphony does not come close to the previous version. They are super soft, not as high and pack to almost flat throughout the night. I am now back on my old pillows and the new and very costly ones are in the closet. What a disappointment!

I was upset when I read reviews that the symphony pillow had been changed because I loved my old symphony pillow but the changes were good. I even bought another one for my son who loves it too. It is so comfortable and I couldn't be happier.

The older Symphony Pillow was made with denser/heavier foam so provided better neck support. It also came in the king size which is what I wanted again but they only make it in a very small, almost child size pillow now. I wish they would make it with the older memory foam in a king size again! Also, they do not let you return the product if it doesn't meet expectations or is uncomfortable. That's an expensive mistake to make and I won't be buying any more pillows from Tempurpedic unless they change their return policy. Other pillow companies allow a trial period and then a return if it doesn't work for you. I am stuck with a pillow I really don't like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying this pillow, I had trouble sleeping, if it was took too long. My pillow would get warm, or my neck would get strained. I ordered my first set when, it was BOGO free and I split it with my brother. Big difference in the amount of time to fall asleep. Especially in the summer, pillow stays cool and keeps its shape. Love my pillow. Looking to get a mattress, but waiting for a similar deal as the prices keep me at bay, for now lol

I wanted to love this. I am still struggling to find a good pillow from Tempurpedic that can deliver like their older line (beige cover). This is the second pillow I have tried in the past year and it is disappointing. Too rigid, yet all not supportive somehow.

I remember I purchased a tempur pedic pillow 20 years ago and loved it. I've been through many other pillows and my kids always ended up with my tempur pillows. So I purchased two more! This pillow finally gave me the perfect amount of height, softness, and contour. I don't wake up with a stiff neck or headaches and have found I am not waking up to my snoring as often. The other wonderful part is that there is no strange smell from the pillow. Many I have tried have had an odor that triggers my migraines; this pillow has zero smell. I am so thrilled to finally have found a pillow that is beneficial and feels like a dream before I head to dreamland!

Now I can sleep all night without waking up with a sore neck. Can sleep all night without waking up too. Best purchase I ever made. Told my kids about and they also purchased, and they are very happy they did.
