The pillow is very comfortable. It fully supports your head and neck while adapting to your position, much like the Pro Adapt mattress. It's also made of high quality material. I highly recommend this pillow.

The product description states it is soft, but I have definitely felt softer from tempurpedic. I recommend buying one in store so you can feel how soft it actually is, instead of buying this online and being disappointed. You can not return the pillow or switch it out even if it is unopened and unused.

I usually get a migraine from sleeping on sturdy pillows, but this pillow allows for your head to sink in enough to n keep your neck and spine straight, and I don't get migraines. It is the best pillow I have ever had!!!

Although I am a larger frame man my wife's stature is very small and she feels the same way. If it was thicker this would be my favorite pillow. I wish I would have chose different.

What a difference these pillows make in my sleep quality, but more importantly, my neck pain. I have a lot of spinal issues and degenerating neck. I'm finally able to wake up each morning with my neck vertebrae still in place... not waking up in pain or all loopy. My husband loves his too! Now I'm wondering about getting a mattress cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But I was really looking for the side sleeper pillow that has been excellent for more than 8 years . That one is mysteriously not available, and this one was the second best in line for side sleeping.

What a pleasure it is to finally have a pillow that improves my morning back pain. I also feel more awake and alert all day. First my kids gave me a tempur-pedic bed for Christmas 2018. This Christmas I treated myself to the pillow. The combination is fabulous. Thank you for giving us such a great product.

Much like the mattress itself, after the break in period, it became very comfortable. Best pillow so far, only wish it was the size of a normal size pillow, because it doesn't fill up the pillow cover.

I had a different tempur-pedic pillow that was better for back sleeping, but another family member has claimed it. If I bought them again, I would buy one symphony pillow and one pillow that was a little flatter. Delivery took 1 month. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I called and complained and they rectified the situation and my pillows were delivered a week later.
