[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if I like the pillow or not. It did help my neck pain the first week I had the pillow. Then it felt like the pillow flattened out and I had to flip the pillow over so it was more comfortable. The discomfort in my neck has returned.

I have bought multiple Symphony pillows over the years and I've always loved how thick and cushy they are. They've always been the best support for my neck. But this current one flattens down to nothing and it's gonna just end up in the trash, which is pretty bad considering how much this thing cost. 😒 Looking elsewhere for a new favorite pillow.

Honestly what's most impressive about this pillow is no matter where you put your head, you feel supported. Their other pillow I found to be extremely soft and sunk in too much. And for someone who sleeps on their stomach, this pillow gives my head and neck the support to feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought this pillow before and loved it. I bought two more recently and they are way too soft. It's shaped the same but it's not the same pillow, disappointed.

It is described as Soft, which I took to mean how much the pillow gives in and adjusts to my body. This would not appear to be the case. After two weeks I ordered a different pillow with softer qualities. It's a solid product and not for me.

Took a few minutes to adjust too, but is comfortable overall. Isn't too hard and isn't too soft. I think the best part is that it pairs well with our Tempurpedic mattress.
