[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the pillow is made of a good conforming material. I think it's much better for stomach sleepers and back sleepers. I don't think it works well for side sleepers, which is what they say it's recommended for. I think it should be kind of higher up and Moore squared off for someone that is a slide sleeper on the edges. I also wish they had made it in a larger size in king size not just in standard size and it is definitely smaller than standard size. Also, it has an issue with an odor that does not seem to go away completely. Overall, I am a little disappointed with this purchase.

We had our first set for over 10 years! When we decided it was time for a new set we knew we were getting those same pillows again because they are amazing. You won't be disappointed with these pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a different type of pillow than I've had in the past. It's much firmer and that was an adjustment for me. As far as the dual-sided design, it's so subtle I can't even tell the difference. I'm not 100% convinced that this is THE pillow for me, but it has helped some with my neck pain. I'm sticking with this one for a while, but if I decide to try another pillow, I'll consider another Tempurpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Symphony pillow from years ago and I ordered a replacement for myself and my wife. The new pillow was thinner, softer, had less length and depth and was not comfortable. I kept my old pillow, but my wife had thrown hers out and did not sleep well on this pillow. With her not sleeping well I ordered us both the cloud cool breeze pillow and we both love it. The foam and the height of the pillow were more like my old Symphony pillow and I found a new favorite pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed with the pillow. It's as hard as a rock. I've slept on Tempur Pedic pillows for years. I thought it was time to replace my pillow, but this was a bad choice. Returns are not allowed, so I'm out a lot of money. Never again.

I have been using the Symphony pillow for years, but always bought the queen size. Tempur-pedic quit making that size, so when I was ready for a new one I purchased the standard. I don't like the shorter length. In addition, it appears they are not making this pillow as dense as they used to, so it doesn't offer the loft I need to sleep on my side. I'm very disappointed because this was my go-to pillow. I've tried more expensive brands but nothing has worked. Now I can't even use the Symphony.

It turns out, I don't even use the pillows after trying them a couple of times. They made my neck and back hurt, so I stopped using them and found an adjustable pillow that allowed me to take out as much stuffing as I needed to find my comfort level. I put the Tempur-Pedic pillows on my spare bed for guests to try.

I have an older version of this pillow & loved it, after having it 5 years I thought I'd buy a new one. Big mistake! My pillow is 3 years old now & for the last year or more it has no support, flattens out to about a half inch & can't get comfortable at all, being a side sleeper there is no support at all , I have to put my hand under my neck for support & I have neck issues so I wake in pain every morning. The memory foam is super soft & just caves in. I started using my old pillow again which still has more support than the new one. They charge ridiculous prices for these & skimp on quality. We have a mattress also that I'm not impressed with & forget their so called warranty. They find ways to get around that. Won't be buying another!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought two of these pillows. They are comfortable for sleeping on your back and side. I can't speak to the longevity of them, but given their expensive price I hope they last a long time. We are overall satisfied.
