At first I thought the pillow it's self was a little flat from what I'm use too, but what a change. 2 weeks in my headaches went away, I was sleeping all night which working in restaurants and all the wild hours is unheard of. I now brag about theses pillows to everyone it has become a compete game changer. Once this is all over I'm switching to their mattresses. Yes they cost a bit but honestly if it's anything like theses pricey pillows completely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying this pillow for about 8 years. Bought it again thinking it would be exactly the same because there was no indication otherwise. The pillow is now incredibly soft with no firmness to it, my head sinks straight through it. I attempted to return it and because of the awful return policy I was unable to return a pillow I didn't even sleep with. I will no longer be purchasing this pillow ever again.

I have an older version of this pillow & loved it, after having it 5 years I thought I'd buy a new one. Big mistake! My pillow is 3 years old now & for the last year or more it has no support, flattens out to about a half inch & can't get comfortable at all, being a side sleeper there is no support at all , I have to put my hand under my neck for support & I have neck issues so I wake in pain every morning. The memory foam is super soft & just caves in. I started using my old pillow again which still has more support than the new one. They charge ridiculous prices for these & skimp on quality. We have a mattress also that I'm not impressed with & forget their so called warranty. They find ways to get around that. Won't be buying another!

I've struggled with neck pain for years. This pillow made a huge difference for the better! I have much, much less pain after sleeping on it for just a week. I did not have the same result with the Tempur-pedic neck pillow, but I imagine that does help some people. For me, the symphony is a must. Very grateful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows have helped me to get a full night's sleep. My mistake when ordering: I ordered the standard size instead of the queen size. Nevertheless, even though the queen pillow cases are too large for a perfect fit, the pillows are great.

I'm sorry to say this pillow has only brought discomfort and pain for me. I gave it away. I sleep in various positions and it hasn't served me well in any. Currently saving for a Tempur-pedic mattress, and was hoping to get a pillow like my boyfriend's ancient original pillow, but the Symphony is nothing like it. I cannot recommend this one, sorry.

I absolutely love my cool breeze tempur-pedic king size bed and when I purchased it I got the queen size symphony pillows to go with and and love them too. I unfortunately left one of mine behind on a vacation because yes I take my pillow everywhere with me. Unable to get it back I was forced to but another one but was advised the queen size was discontinued. Still needing my pillow I ordered the standard size and it just doesn't compare to the previous size. It's way to small a pillow, looks ridiculous on a king size bed and putting it in a king size pillow case is also ridiculous. Please bring back the queen size! I want to give this pillow a 5 star that it deserves but the standard size is just too small.

Im in love with this pillow and no other will ever do. I also have a 9yr old child who always took this pillow. This year I too bought him one. He love it too, takes it every where with him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow when I was growing up and in between had standard pillows and then a sleep number pillow. My sleep number pillow needed to be upgraded so I trialed one of these. I have had my pillow for a few weeks now and still love it. Great nights sleep. I am a side sleeper and the pillow still works well for that.

I sleep face up the majority of the time and the only thing that would get rid of the really excruciating shoulder pain was going to the chiropractor to get my whole upper body adjusted. Keep in mind, I am a healthy 25 year old. I was iffy to get this pillow (decently expensive for a pillow I thought) but I am more than glad I got this. I have not had any back or shoulder problems since, and fall asleep MUCH easier than before. The pillow is shaped very well, cushions your head nice enough to not have your neck at a bad position and conforms to your shoulder.
