I feel a lot more supported, the pillow doesn't slide all around or get bunched up in the middle of the night, and it gives me a satisfying level of height, not too low not too high.

This one is noticeably cheaper material and the comfort level is not good at all. Feels synthetic and doesn't hold form. Also, tempurpedic advertising is extremely misleading and the customer service is non at service at all. It's actually a disservice.

As a long-time Tempur-pedic mattress and prior version of symphony pillow owner, I am extremely disappointed with the new symphony pillow. It is smaller, flatter, and is not up to par with even a regular pillow. Tempur-pedic should immediately go back to the original version of the pillow, otherwise you will have a lot of unhappy customers.

I was disappointed in the quality of the pillows I ordered. I have had 2 symphony pillows in the past and they were great. These were both very thin and not supportive at all. With neck issues, I really appreciate the firmness I have experienced previously with the symphony pillow but this time was different. I tried both of the ones I preferred and they were identical so I do not believe it was a matter of poor quality assurance just a change in manufacturing or design. I will likely try a different style.

The older Symphony Pillow was made with denser/heavier foam so provided better neck support. It also came in the king size which is what I wanted again but they only make it in a very small, almost child size pillow now. I wish they would make it with the older memory foam in a king size again! Also, they do not let you return the product if it doesn't meet expectations or is uncomfortable. That's an expensive mistake to make and I won't be buying any more pillows from Tempurpedic unless they change their return policy. Other pillow companies allow a trial period and then a return if it doesn't work for you. I am stuck with a pillow I really don't like.

I was expecting a pillow that would replace the pillow from the same company i received as a gift 8 years ago. Which I love. So either the quality has gone down or there's an epic fail with this one. It was so flat that it's like putting my head directly on the mattress. I sleep both on my back and sides so in either position it feels like a used worn out pillow. I would have loved to have been able to exchange for different one but it's not offered. Will not recommend this product to friends or family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Tempur-Pedic pillow, and I must say it has been a game-changer for my sleep quality! From the moment I laid my head on it, I could feel the difference in comfort and support compared to any other pillow I've tried.

I am a big guy that sleeps with a CPAP. This pillow has been an improvement over my other Tempur-pedic pillow because of its sloping sides and ends. It fits even my big shoulders when I sleep on either side. Although it is a smaller pillow than my other, I am enjoying using it more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I debated for a while on which pillow to get and if I should really spend this much money on a pillow. And after having this pillow for a couple months I can definitely say it was money well invested. You don't have to use the pillow for what each side says it's for. You can pick if you think one side is better for side sleeping one night and maybe the next night you like the other side better for it. Everytime I hit the pillow for the night I just knock out quick and all my old neck pain I used to get is no longer present when I wake up. If you are hesitant on this pillow, don't be, it's definitely worth it.
