[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new bed this past fall the Tempur-pedic breeze, hybrid, and power base. I couldn't find a pillow that was great to go with it until now. As long as I bring the head down most of the way it works beautifully. I would recommend this pillow for both back sleepers and side sleepers by just flipping it over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too much loft and too firm. Based our purchase on what the website said; it says soft and for back sleepers. After two nights and a sore neck, called to ask for a swap for something else- they said that wasn't possible: no returns on pillows. Website says 30 days to return, but rep said that's only for mattresses, so I felt like I had been duped. So I am left disappointed with a costly pillow we can't use.

I love how my pillows don't give me neck pains anymore and they do conform to my head and neck when I sleep sideways. My issue is though is that they're not fluffy enough for me. Also when i try to stack them together, it's too high for my neck and I start to get knots in it again, so I cant do that. Anyway, for $100 pillows, these pillows are not worth it for the price.

I have purchased the symphony pillow >5 years ago and have recently purchased more. The difference that I definitely notice is the newer pillows are a lot lighter than the one I own now and still use from before. The newer pillow is also not as firm. I notice that my head sinks faster into the pillow than it did before. I would say the symphony pillow is still a great shape for a pillow for side and back sleepers and sleeping on softer, lighter, feather pillows dont give me the support I need. If you are looking for a more affordable pillow that you can use for years and need extra support as a back and side sleeper, this is a great pillow to try. It does smell when you receive it like all foam products, but after about a day or so, it goes away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillows supposed to be good for side sleepers - it's not it's too flat - has some loft but compresses quickly. I ordered a two pack only opened up one. The company wouldn't accept the return of the other, even though it was still in its own wrapping in separate box. I read the policy on returns and apparently you can't return pillows even if the packaging is completely untouched. Waste of money. Shame as we have other Tempur-pedic products and I thought buying from Tempur-pedic directly would have better outcome. I recommend buying not from Tempur-pedic, but with those if you the opportunity to remedy your dissatisfaction.

My husband and I just bought our second round of Tempur-Pedic pillows. We loved the first set and hated to throw them out but after 10 years or so we thought it was time for an update. We have had the Symphony for a couple of months and we have both been very disappointed. The pillows are much smaller than the original ones we owned. I have tried many smaller or standard sized pillow cases and they are all to big. It makes the bed look sloppy and the case slides all over during sleep. We also agree that they are uncomfortable because they are to small. Way to much money for a pillow that is uncomfortable and looks deflated in the case on the bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really liked this pillow thus far. It is very supportive and has a side conducive to side sleeping and one for back sleeping. I have had fewer headaches since I replaced by old pillows with the Tempur-Symphony pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so wanted to love this pillow, but quite simply even though I consulted more than one temperpedic chat staff and it was recommended, it's too tall for me and I'm not heavy enough to flatten it enough to be comfortable. So it was a bit of a waste for me.

I have used the Symphony pillow since 2004 when I began to have neck pain. I eventually had to have my first cervical fusion in 2006. The Symphony pillow helped a great deal for alignment during sleep. Since then, I have had two more cervical fusions. I made the mistake of trying another brand of pillow and started having pain and sleepless nights. So, now I'm back to the symphony pillow and immediately slept better and no morning neck pain. I highly recommend this pillow. The quality is excellent. I can sleep on my back again by using the raised side if I choose. Easily ordered, friendly representative and super fast delivery! I will never sleep on another brand. We also have had Tempurpedic bed since 2004. A perfect match for anyone with degenerative disks and fibromyalgia.

It's not too high. It's not too low. It's juuuust right. For years, I stacked 2 pillows to get the right height. But I would have to adjust them all the time. Finally, I have a pillow that's just the right height for me. I also like how the edges are tapered to keep my nose clear so it's easier to breathe. I sometimes flip it upside down and use the tapered space for my arm without raising the pillow. The memory foaminess is also great. It's soft but supportive, just like my mattress. Also doesn't keep too much heat. I sleep better with this pillow since I don't have to adjust it much throughout the night! Also recommended this pillow to my couple friends who were looking for new pillows. They got some, too, and both really like it.
