[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a symphony pillow many years ago and I've always wanted to get another one because my original pillow got destroyed. I ordered what I thought was the same thing that I used to have, but it has definitely changed. It's smaller and seems to be more firm (but I might be still breaking it in) It's also a lot lighter than the original pillow, which is a good thing because they are heavy pillows. All in all it's still a great pillow! I'm a side sleeper and I like the way my shoulder can tuck right under it without constantly rearranging it and fluffing it like you would with a traditional pillow.

Not only does this pillow help prevent morning headaches, I actually sleep better throughout the night because I'm not tossing a turning as often. I've always thought I was just a bad sleeper, but now I realize how often I was waking up due to being uncomfortable. Game changer! This pillow is excellent for side sleeping, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it had more support to keep your head in place when sleeping on your back. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The comfort level is also good, although it is a little on the firm side. I would love this pillow even more if were a little softer with the same support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was coming from an old Tempur-Pedic pillow and I really had no idea what model it is. It probably 15 years old. I took a chance on this one and I really don't like it. I get neck aches and wake up with pain. After looking more thoroughly at the pillows I think I may have the Cloud Pro. But that is over double the price and I most like out of return window. I have gone back to using my old pillow.

My husband and I were in desperate need of new pillows. Ours were over ten years old and we were both experiencing shoulder pain. We decided to splurge on Tempur-Pedic, but these pillows are unusable! We bought them a month and a half ago and they still smell so bad I can't even have them in our bedroom, much less sleep on them. We have tried customer service's tips, but nothing has helped and they're not returnable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed with the pillow. It's as hard as a rock. I've slept on Tempur Pedic pillows for years. I thought it was time to replace my pillow, but this was a bad choice. Returns are not allowed, so I'm out a lot of money. Never again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first got the "essential" model and thought it was nice, but i wanted a little more loft so i got this... This is perfect! When you consider how much time you spend sleeping, you really shouldn't skimp on a pillow... It is sooooo comfortable. I usually sleep on my stomach, but also on my side and sometimes i start off on my back..all are equally comfortable... no negatives except i have to hide it from my cats because if they find it i'll never get it back !!!

I ordered this pillow in Feb for my husband because at the time he had been having pain in his neck and had been seeing a therapist as the neck pain was also causing his arm to fall asleep when he slept. As an aside, at the time, he was also undergoing a sleep study, which later determined he has mild sleep apnea. Almost immediately I noticed when he slept on this pillow was his lack of snoring. It was amazing. He seems to consistently get really good sleep and he hasn't complained of his neck pain in a while; nor of his arm falling asleep. It's almost like a magic pillow. =) I've liked it so much, my mother asked me to buy one for her and one for my father.

I bought a pair of these pillows to update/replace our old tempurpedic pillows. That have the same shape as what we were replacing, but the foam seams less dense. I remember our old pillows being more dense and stiff when we bought them, needing some break-in time. They were great and we loved them. The new ones don't need any break-in, they are definitely less dense, which is ok, but not as form fitting and supportive. They are ok, but feels like we need a second pillow underneath because of how deeply we sink into the new, lighter foam. I feel like the old ones were better but these are fine.
