[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a while to break it in, but overall I am happy I got this. Previously I had some neck pain when I wake, but this pillow helped with that. I normally fall asleep on my back and wake up on my side sometime. I have not had any issues since I started using this pillow. It conforms to the size of my head and is nice and soft.

However, the quality has certainly gone downhill. The pillow becomes very flat as soon as I lay on it and doesn't provide any support. It's just not worth the price since I can buy something similar for much less.

My neck pain is completely gone, i sleep soundly and don't wake up with a stiff neck. I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet, at a desk charting, picking up people, etc. When you lay your head down, it just molds into the pillow it's like being surrounded by clouds. It's very supportive! It's cool and doesn't get hot sleeping. Trust me people, i don't write reviews so let me just tell you that this pillow is worth every penny spent! Do yourself a favor and go get yourself one. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is very small and pretty uncomfortable for me. I bought this and a tempur cloud adjustable and its a better pillow at 1/2 the price. I'd return it but a used pillow seems bad to me. Not satisfied at all with this one.

I recently purchased two Symphony pillows as replacements for Symphony's I purchased 8 years ago. My old pillows still had loft but were starting to pack and get hard. I have to say the newer Symphony does not come close to the previous version. They are super soft, not as high and pack to almost flat throughout the night. I am now back on my old pillows and the new and very costly ones are in the closet. What a disappointment!

I have been sleeping on a Symphony pillow for about 10 years now. Recently, I ordered a new pillow for the 3rd time over these 10 years because pillows do wear out. I will say that the new Symphony pillows are nothing like my old ones. They are only available in regular size as the older pillows were queen size. I knew that part but I decided to bite the bullet and try the smaller size. But most important, the new pillow is very soft and doesn't feel like it has any memory foam at all. I spent a lot of money on these pillows and I am very disappointed.

First of all, let me start with the good. The pillows were well constructed and seemed high quality as I would expect. However, they are much firmer than I would have been led to believe. Also, the contours on either side of the pillow seemed interesting (and are what made me interested in this in the first place) but ended up being very awkward to use in practice. I just wasn't sure how to position the pillow to take advantage of them. It sounds stupid, but some instructional 'pictures' of recommended positioning against the head and neck would have been appreciated. I'll be going make to my standard 'original style' Tempur-Pedic pillows even though they are getting quite old now.

I purchased on a recent BOGO sale along with a pillow for my husband. I’ve always preferred feather pillows, and didn’t think I would like this one. Boy was I wrong! This is the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had, and pains I didn’t even know were being caused by my old pillow are gone. I’m super happy with this pillow and company.

I purchased the same version of this pillow seven years ago, I figured I needed to replace my current one. The first pillow I received was defective and the customer service representative told me pillows are not refundable, but he could send me out another one. After receiving the new one in the mail, I am so glad I did not throw out my old one! After using the new one for one night I had horrible neck pain. The foam is COMPLETELY different than my original one, it is made so much cheaper and smelt horrible. This was a waste of my money and time.

This pillow is just the right mixture of softness & firmness. One side for back sleeping, turn it over for side sleeping. I actually feel great when I wake up! Life changing!
