It was more money out of pocket but less than I paid for one about 20 years ago per pillow. I've had a cloud or bean shaped pillow for many years and need a new one. Unfortunately I didn't see the one I wanted available anymore, so I grabbed the most similar one to replace it. It still comes with a nice heave cover with a zipper, same great material, but it's about twice as thick and I can't sleep on it all night. It's a great pillow but too big for me. It's a shame there isn't a smaller one, but I may cut it in half and have 2 -

I try to wait a little while before I write a review on a product, to help ensure that it is accurate. I am one who starts out on my back and sometime sleep on my sides; the pillow has the right amount of support in all different positions. I had been waking up with a kink in my neck before getting this pillow, since having this pillow I hardly ever wake up with a kink in my neck. I love it so much I have two, one for at home and one for traveling (I leave it in our motorhome).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to let your head rest as it is very hard and head sits on top of pillow leading to total discomfort for sleep no matter position. I do not recommend if you are looking for your head to sink into your pillow some. If you like firm - then you may like this too hard for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this same pillow seven years ago and I have used it religiously every night ever since. I am not hooked on it, however upon ordering her replacement I was dismayed that it is not the same pillow as much as I want it to be. I could tell right away when I opened it and felt the density and weight of the productI it was not the same. To be direct t's just not as supportive. As they say nothing lasts forever.

Received the Pillow, IT DOES NOT & HAS NOT Held it's shape at all. It feels exactly like the 10 year old pillow I was replacing from Tempurpedic. It should feel like a new pillow it does not. It should be soft and comfortable like the pillow that came with the Mattress 10 years ago. It is the same model but is either made cheaper or they sent me an OLD OR USED (Returned) PILLOW. When i use this pillow that i just bought a couple months ago, it feels like my head is resting on the bed. I SHOULD of spent the money for one of the nicer pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if I like the pillow or not. It did help my neck pain the first week I had the pillow. Then it felt like the pillow flattened out and I had to flip the pillow over so it was more comfortable. The discomfort in my neck has returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow online because the local store would not match the online price. it seems to be harder then the previous Symphony pillow I had bought years ago, but is still just ok. If I had not got such a great price I would probably return it.

The pillow is okay but not as comfortable as I was expecting. It is somewhat helping my neck issue but not completely. The pillow does not feel luxurious when I lay my head on it. In fact, it feels rather hard instead of comforting support. I'm "making it work" for now until I can find just the right pillow. Unfortunately, this isn't it - disappointing for how much it cost.

These pillows basically flatten once your head is on them, leaving no support. As someone with neck problems, I was really hopeful this pillow would've helped ease some of my neck pain especially for the price I paid, but it doesn't. Now we're stuck with 2 $100 pillows that we don't use to sleep on because they aren't comfortable.

the pillow has too much resistance and pushes my head back - did not provide good experience for a comfortable sleep. Maybe it will be better for a bigger size person. I am 5/9 height 180 pounds. Got the same pillow by accident - now stuck with two I cannot return. This one is NOT for me.
