My husband and I just bought our second round of Tempur-Pedic pillows. We loved the first set and hated to throw them out but after 10 years or so we thought it was time for an update. We have had the Symphony for a couple of months and we have both been very disappointed. The pillows are much smaller than the original ones we owned. I have tried many smaller or standard sized pillow cases and they are all to big. It makes the bed look sloppy and the case slides all over during sleep. We also agree that they are uncomfortable because they are to small. Way to much money for a pillow that is uncomfortable and looks deflated in the case on the bed.

I recently purchased two Symphony pillows as replacements for Symphony's I purchased 8 years ago. My old pillows still had loft but were starting to pack and get hard. I have to say the newer Symphony does not come close to the previous version. They are super soft, not as high and pack to almost flat throughout the night. I am now back on my old pillows and the new and very costly ones are in the closet. What a disappointment!

I made my choice based on customer reviews and I find it incredibly hard to believe that no one hated them. They are as hard as a rock. We thought they would soften up As much as we tried we could not make it a full week. It also doesn't make sense that you can return a mattress, but not a pillow. When it comes to the personal nature of a product I can promise you a mattresses sees a lot more personal things than a pillow does.

This pillow has literally changed my sleep. I sleep through the night with minimal tossing and turning when I used to toss and then all night. I also take this to every hotel I go to because no pillow will ever let me sleep the way this one does. You will not regret this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed another one since my pup decided to shred a different pillow I had. This will be a second pillow for the bed, like the different ways this can be used. This pillow has eliminated neck issues since I have had it.

I love how my pillows don't give me neck pains anymore and they do conform to my head and neck when I sleep sideways. My issue is though is that they're not fluffy enough for me. Also when i try to stack them together, it's too high for my neck and I start to get knots in it again, so I cant do that. Anyway, for $100 pillows, these pillows are not worth it for the price.

I bought a set of Tempur Pedic pillows a couple of years ago. I loved them. So when I bought a new home, I had a guest bedroom I needed to furnish. The first thing I bought for the bed was two Tempur Pedic pillows! My first sleep over guest LOVED them. It is money well spent!

I'm a side and tummy sleeper and this was the perfect pillow for both of those sleeping positions. It is amazing how much your posture matters and sleeping with the right pillow can fix it and help with pain. I've noticed I don't toss and turn as much during the night and I sleep better. Highly recommend!
