[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Post surgery I was required to only sleep on my back for 2-3 weeks and my current pillow wasn't going to work. Side note, I hate sleeping on my back so sleeping in such a position for an extended period wasn't my cup of tea. Insert the Symphony Pillow under my head the first night and I was hooked. I love it! My head is supported properly and my neck is comfortable. While sleeping on my back isn't my favorite side sleeping on the pillow is a dream.

While this is smaller than expected, and still waiting to poof up, it is still quite comfortable. My only recommendation would be to allow exchanges/returns in store for online purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the symphony pillow because I wanted to replace the one I've had for over ten years. Yes, ten years! However, the quality has certainly gone downhill. The pillow becomes very flat as soon as I lay on it and doesn't provide any support. It's just not worth the price since I can buy something similar for much less.

I slept with my first one over 7 years in spite of being a mouth breather requiring washing of the cover weekly. It never lost shape but it was time to retire it with a duplicate. I was very happy to see the replacement was exactly the same as the first.

I used to sleep on thin pillows that were very soft, and finally decided to change things up. This pillow is the perfect thickness (not too thin not too thick) and is a great balance of soft and firm (somewhere in the middle). It provides me with neck and shoulder support as well as enough cushion to feel comfortable at night. I actually fall asleep a lot faster with this pillow than any other pillow I have had prior to this. I get comfortable in bed so much quicker!

This is obviously not the pillow I tried. This pillow causes neck pain for me. The company will not allow returns even if the product has never been opened. I bought two under a promotional. I am sorry I purchased anything from them and won't again.

When we bought new mattresses we bought a pair of these amazing pillows. Her search is over. She loves hers and hasn't slept this sound in years.

I have chronic neck and back pain. This pillow seemed promising but the first week I had it, it just would go flat when laying on it. Therefore leaving me in pain still. We stopped using and are pretty disappointed in the price we paid for two of these pillows

This pillow has been my favorite one for years. I want to say I've owned at least six of them. As of now, I have 2 at my house and I keep one at my boyfriends. No other pillow compares to this one. This is my go to pillow. It's firm but squishy at the same time

This is a very nice pillow that unfortunately is not what I was looking for. It is good to see the difference in contour on each side - I assume this is to help please side sleepers and back sleepers alike. While I am typically a back sleeper, this pillow is far too firm for my comfort. Additionally, it had about a 2 week course of an off-putting gas smell which was rather frustrating.
