We love the pillows we selected at the time we bought our mattresses. We are petite and the pillows are the perfect size and density for us. The Symphony pillows we bought on your online site are much thicker and firmer. They pillows do not conform to the shape of our heads like our original purchase. At the time we made our pillow purchase online our goal was to buy the same pillow we originally bought, but that was not an option. We would buy another of our first pillow, we love it, but we would not purchase the Symphony pillow again.

It's impossible to fall asleep with this pillow. There is no support to the neck at all, which creates tension to my shoulders. I am a normal size back sleeper, and I couldn't imagine a pillow can fail a back sleeper that much. I've tried both sides and none of them worked. Now it's a piece of junk collecting dust in my house.

The older Symphony Pillow was made with denser/heavier foam so provided better neck support. It also came in the king size which is what I wanted again but they only make it in a very small, almost child size pillow now. I wish they would make it with the older memory foam in a king size again! Also, they do not let you return the product if it doesn't meet expectations or is uncomfortable. That's an expensive mistake to make and I won't be buying any more pillows from Tempurpedic unless they change their return policy. Other pillow companies allow a trial period and then a return if it doesn't work for you. I am stuck with a pillow I really don't like.

It's perfect for side and back sleeping, for sure. I love this pillow. Amazing!

It hasn't made a huge difference yet with how I am sleeping, and I had high hopes for that. I do still find my neck kinked and I have had stiff shoulder and neck muscles. I wish I seen an option for King size pillow, as I have a queen pillow on a kind bed and I'd rather have the larger to be more comfortable on my bed. Also, there isn't a return policy, and if your city does not have a distributor nearby to test these pillows out, you are out of luck like me.

My neck finally feels supported enough, but it's not too high when I sleep on my side. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a pillow especially if you wake up with neck or shoulder pain.

I bought this pillow for my husband because he's mostly a stomach sleeper but it's a bit too high and hurts his neck so I've been using it because I sleep more on my side then him. It's supposed to be for side and stomach sleepers but I don't believe it's the right height so it should only be advertised for those who sleep on their side and back.

I have chronic neck and back pain. This pillow seemed promising but the first week I had it, it just would go flat when laying on it. Therefore leaving me in pain still. We stopped using and are pretty disappointed in the price we paid for two of these pillows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of these Tempur Symphony pillows with our new Tempur mattress. My quality of sleep has improved beyond measure. I no longer awake with a stiff neck that occurred far too frequently with my old pillow(s).

Much like the mattress itself, after the break in period, it became very comfortable. Best pillow so far, only wish it was the size of a normal size pillow, because it doesn't fill up the pillow cover.
