[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to find softer pillows and like your products from past experience. It turns out, I don't even use the pillows after trying them a couple of times. They made my neck and back hurt, so I stopped using them and found an adjustable pillow that allowed me to take out as much stuffing as I needed to find my comfort level. I put the Tempur-Pedic pillows on my spare bed for guests to try.

Unfortunately, this pillow did not make me feel comfortable at all. I had neck pains everyday from it. I gave it a try for one week thinking that my neck pains will still go away but no. Everytime I give it a try again, still it hurts. I wish I can get a refund. I took a risk and trusted ALL of these POSITIVE spot on reviews but I am not satisfied at all! The pillow is high! Perhaps if it got flattened a bit, it could support my neck. Now, the pillow is useless and I never use it. Such a waste and a shame. Hopefully other reviewers feel the same way as me and this review will stay on and not get deleted.

I had not found a pillow I liked in a number of years. A friend has 3 kinds of your pillows and I tried them out the last time I visited her. I immediately ordered the Symphony pillow and it has been ultra-comfortable! I am grateful to find a pillow that is not only "just right", but is perfect for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst pillow buying experience ever. I went to the tempur pedic store to check out different pillows. I chose the symphony before it was soft and had great contour but when my pillow arrived it was very firm and had an elevated center causing great discomfort. Tempur-pedic would not accept a return or exchange. As a result I am stuck with paying for an uncomfortable. Beware when buying something you will not be able to return it.

This pillow is very comfortable. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. My neck and back no longer hurt and the pillow is the only thing I've changed in my life. I am truly happy with this pillow and I high recommend it to anyone who is looking to sleep in comfort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend. I recently got a Tempurpedic mattress, and then bought these pillows to go with it. I no longer have neck and back pain due to how soft these are. Make sure to use the side meant for back/side sleeping. One side is more slanted than the other.

I purchased the same version of this pillow seven years ago, I figured I needed to replace my current one. The first pillow I received was defective and the customer service representative told me pillows are not refundable, but he could send me out another one. After receiving the new one in the mail, I am so glad I did not throw out my old one! After using the new one for one night I had horrible neck pain. The foam is COMPLETELY different than my original one, it is made so much cheaper and smelt horrible. This was a waste of my money and time.

The pillow is now incredibly soft with no firmness to it, my head sinks straight through it. I attempted to return it and because of the awful return policy I was unable to return a pillow I didn't even sleep with. I will no longer be purchasing this pillow ever again.

I've slept on white goose down covered in silk, I've slept on a rock covered by a horse blanket. I am an experienced sleeper. Trust me when I say my Tempur-pedic pillow is the World Champion of pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality, got them in reasonable time. Price was good buying two. It was more money out of pocket but less than I paid for one about 20 years ago per pillow. I've had a cloud or bean shaped pillow for many years and need a new one. Unfortunately I didn't see the one I wanted available anymore, so I grabbed the most similar one to replace it. It still comes with a nice heave cover with a zipper, same great material, but it's about twice as thick and I can't sleep on it all night. It's a great pillow but too big for me. It's a shame there isn't a smaller one, but I may cut it in half and have 2 -
