[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second purchase of a Tempur Symphony pillow. The previous purchase lasted more than 5 years! Not only is it very comfortable, but because it is made of Tempur material, it decreases my allergy exposure to dust, etc..

I ordered this product because I already had one that I bought years ago. I got it today and opened it only to find that while I paid more for this one, it was considerably smaller than my old pillow of the exact same model. It's about 3 inches shorter in width and 5 inches shorter in length than my old one. Very disappointed because I've sent countless people to tempurpedic over the years because of how I raved about this pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying this pillow for about 8 years. Bought it again thinking it would be exactly the same because there was no indication otherwise. The pillow is now incredibly soft with no firmness to it, my head sinks straight through it. I attempted to return it and because of the awful return policy I was unable to return a pillow I didn't even sleep with. I will no longer be purchasing this pillow ever again.

I was in a serious car accident 11 months ago which has left me with chronic neck pain. I have had the pillow for over a month now and it has really helped reduce my neck pain. I sleep on my side and sometimes on my back and have been pleased with the comfort level for both. The only thing I would change is ordering the larger pillow size. I got the standard and have a king sized bed so it would be nice to have more of such a great pillow!

These pillows basically flatten once your head is on them, leaving no support. As someone with neck problems, I was really hopeful this pillow would've helped ease some of my neck pain especially for the price I paid, but it doesn't. Now we're stuck with 2 $100 pillows that we don't use to sleep on because they aren't comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought me the Tempurpedic Symphony Pillow because my neck and shoulders had started hurting at night and I wasn't sleeping well. I left the tags on them as I wanted to make sure during the trial period that I liked it. It is the best pillow I've ever had!! My shoulder and neck pain is gone, and I am sleeping straight through the night again. I never should have doubted anything made by Tempurpedic!!

I wanted to love this. I am still struggling to find a good pillow from Tempurpedic that can deliver like their older line (beige cover). This is the second pillow I have tried in the past year and it is disappointing. Too rigid, yet all not supportive somehow.

Can't live without it. I owned one of these pillows for many years and forgot and left it on a cruise ship and it was never found rest was never the same without the pillow that I had had for many years so now I've purchased two of them and everything is back to normal. The most comfortable pillow ever.

This is almost the perfect pillow! Because of back problems, I am a 100% side-sleeper. This pillow is a huge improvement, but it is a bit higher than I would like. I also really don't use the slanted side at all. I don't notice any difference using the slanted side.

As huge, six-year fans of our adjustable Tempur-Pedic California King bed/mattresses, we are pleased to report that the Symphony pillows we recently purchased are delivering on promised comfort and support. We are side and back sleepers-a flip of the pillow helps support our heads and necks for our chosen position. These pillows are sturdy and should last.
