I had purchased neck pillow and cloud pillow. They are the best pillows I have ever had. I decided to try something new, Symphony Pillow. It is not as good as I expected. For some reason when I sleep on it, I keep sliding down so there is no support for my neck. I did not use it after a week. Don't know if it can be exchanged for a different one but I saw policy is no refund so I did not call.

I was so please to find that this pillow is a lower height and offers a firm support throughout the night. It's firm, yet still soft and comfortable. For others that have neck pain from soft pillows, I high recommend this option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked and looked for a long time to find a pillow that would work for me. I sleep on my back because I use a c-Pap machine. I am small, 5'2" 110lbs. The pillow is way to hard for me. It does not compress for me. It makes my neck hurt and gives me a headache. I have tried it for several nights thinking I needed to get used to it, but it didn't help. I am so disappointed as I paid so much. It will be donated to a thrift store because it can not be returned. There should be some compensation or credit given by the company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third set of tempurpedic pillows. They are so self adjusting that it's the only comfortable pillow I will use. I even travel with it when I can. I have Degenerative disc disease and my tempurpedic bed and pillow ( I've now used since 2006) are my go to for even a 20 min back break.

I was tossing and turning all night long and would end up wide awake at 4am. Since the new Tempur-Pedic pillow arrived, I have been able to sleep through the night until my alarm goes off in the morning! - Tremendous support for your head and neck - Comfortable when sleeping on my side or even my back

I purchased two of these pillows. They are very uncomfortable. I not my husband can sleep on them. The memory foam is very hard. I tried breathing it up but that didn't help. I have had the worst headache and neck pains when using this pillow. I would not recommend them. Unfortunately I can't return them. So I have wasted money on something I can't use.I have put them in the closet.There was nothing I liked about this product

But the pillows are much softer and more comfortable than the original pillows. So I'm hopeful the smell will be gone soon and giving them 4 stars

The pillow is very comfortable in general. It’s very soft and squishy. Unfortunately, it’s not helping my morning neck pain like it’s advertised. I am a side, stomach and back sleeper so I’ve tried this pillow at just about every angle. The issue is it’s too soft. It has little firmness so your head drops to an uncomfortable angle/depth almost immediately. I find myself putting my arm or hand underneath it to keep my neck elevated and aligned. I was hoping this pillow would do that job. I’ve been trying many pillows but this is not THE one so far.
