This pillow was very uncomfortable. The memory foam was very hard

I was told by customer service to set on pillow to soften it.

I was expecting a bit more from these, not as comfortable as imaged.

The pillows are too hard and sit too high on my neck. There was no return or exchange option.

I wake with a stiff neck every night I use this pillow. Not a fan.
