[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this pillow for well over a month and has increased the quality of my sleep, allowing for a more relaxed and still night. It has cut down on the continuous tossing and turning I would do with a conventional pillow. It has helped with my autoimmune condition and the stiffness in my neck and does not cause me pain during the night.

It took me a week to start sleeping like a baby on my new pillow because before I didn't use a pillow and I suffered a lot of pain in both arms due to my tendinitis. I have slept on my side all my life and on the side that I slept on I woke up with pain + neck pain. Now using this pillow I have no more pain in my arms or neck, I can sleep better and I add a few hours to my sleep every night. Very happy with the purchase and for this investment for my quality of life. P.S. I bought two pillows, one for my husband who sleeps on his back and it worked great for him too. Excellent investment. Highly recommended!

This pillow is not good for sleeping on your side, or your back. The wedge shape does not work as good as you would imagine for sleepign on your side; the wedge is thin and once the material compresses its basically way too thin and theres not enough support. For sleepign on your back, the pillow can be flipped over, but it's no good for sleeping on your back either. If you look at the pillow, imagine sleeping on your back, with your neck and the back of your head on the rounded side. The pillow is kind of like a hill top. It's not comfortable, it will slide out from beneath your neck, or it will feel like your neck is sliding down it. It's REALLY annoying having to flip this pillow over all the time too. I can't stand it. Not good for back or neck sleeping. I am going to try the Neck Pillow this time instead, since they have a sizing chart.

This pillow conforms to the shape of your head and neck, providing great support and a comfort I have never experienced before from a pillow. I sleep on my side and back and, either way, I don't wake up with neck and back pain any longer. Awesome pillow. Highly recommend!

I've been using a Tempurpedic Contour neck pillow for over 15 years. I finally wore the cover out by washing so I needed to replace. I wanted one just like I had, but they don't offer that model anymore. I tried the TEMPUR-Symphony pillow and so far it has performed just as good as my last one. I sleep on my side the most and it is great for side sleeping.

My son went off to college and when he visited on the weekends he wanted his Symphony pillow. We quickly decided to buy one for home as there is too much to carry already. The pillow was better than ever.
