[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are our third set of Tempur pillows and we absolutely love them. They last for years! We were a little unsure about these newest ones because they were smaller and much lighter weight, but they have been wonderful since the first night! No breaking in period or neck pain. We still have our last set, but these are our nightly sleepers now and we love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As expected from Tempur, the product is really great. It helped relieve my neck pain from having cheap and poorly built pillows. My ferret's been constantly scratching it and trying to get in the pillow but so far I don't see any damage to the external casing! 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased my last symphony in 2012, and it was heavy, firm, and had great support. In February, I purchased the same pillow not thinking there would be product issues. The new design is soft, lightweight foam that does not support my head as I am a stomach sleeper. Why would you change a wonderful product that so many customers love!?!?

I bought a Symphony pillow 5 years ago and it was very firm and supported my head and neck well. I just received a new one and it is not anything like my old one. This pillow is like a half inflated balloon, with no support. I'm very disappointed in the change. I went back to my old better pillow.

I love the symphony pillow. I am a side sleeper and this pillow works very well for me. I love that it doesn't go flat and conforms around my head while supporting my neck and shoulders and you can use it for side, back and stomach sleeping positions. I think I finally found my perfect pillow! I highly recommend it! Thank you Tempurpedic for sending me this pillow to try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always been a side sleeper and have always had neck issues . Hard to find a good pillow so I decided to try temper pillows. At first it took me a while to get used to them.. I ordered different styles different sizes and different firmness until I found the one I can stay asleep all night with . I tend to keep AC cold at night to be comfortable since in my opinion these pillows feel on the warmer side. I can honestly say I like them but not in love with them . But then I have always had the "wow amazing pillows" from my guests . Would I recommend. Yes absolutely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Symphony Pillow is a perfect pillow for all sleepers. I needed a pillow that adjusts to the way I sleep, sometimes on my side, sometimes on my back, and sometimes on my stomach. I felt comfortable in all positions when I laid down on this pillow. It kept its form and cradled head as I slept. The only negative I have is that its a little thin. I wished it was a bit thicker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an off-brand memory foam pillow for years and finally switched to the Tempur-symphony pillow and it is very comfortable! It's a little expensive but I bought two on buy one get one free, so it was very worth it!

We like that there are two sides - each with a different shape and height to let you pick the side that's a better fit for you. However, even with the two choices, both sides feel relatively tall and firm, so if you prefer a pillow that is soft, this may not be the one for you.
