Pillow is extremely firm, heavy, and high (thick) and does not take shape well when laying on it. I got this pillow to help with a stiff neck and has caused more discomfort then relief

The pillow is ok. Memory foam squishes down too much when laying on it. As a side sleeper, it needs to be a little thicker to align the neck and spine.

I love my old Symphony pillow, which I bought about 6 years ago. But the new version is small, less dense, and doesn't support the neck well. I feel a little cheated, and what's worse, I'm not sleeping comfortably.

This pillow helps me sleep comfortably and soundly.I love the versatility of how many different positions I can sleep in and do not have to have additional pillows. This pillow is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is soft but stays firm enough that you have support. It bounces back as soon as you move your head. I have had it for about 2 months and love it.

The pillow doesn't provide the right amount of support. I bought during the BOGO event, but because of the no return policy, I have two pillows that I won't use.
