[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is firm and supports the head good. Over night I tend to move pillows around and it makes a ok pillow for between the legs side sleep. Only issue is it is supposed to be a standard size and it's a lot smaller than a standard pillow. Standard pillow cases are very loose and by morning time the pillow case is half or fully off.

I can never go back to the cheap pillows I was using before, invest in your sleep! I use to have neck pain and since purchasing these pillows I haven't had any pain! nothing I don't love. Oh my god I have never slept better. I'm 67 years old and now I am having the best sleep I have had in years. I purchased to pillows along with a full size bed topper, what was I thinking I should have done this years ago. I will most definitely buy again when needed in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is the best for side sleepers. It provides very good neck support and comfort. This is my second tempur pedic pillow. I've had the first one for many years and still have it. I purchased 2 new ones for my guest room.

After years of wanting a tempurpedic pillow I finally decided to spend the money and bought myself a symphony pillow and an extra thick neck support pillow for my wife. I LOVE THIS THING! I've had stiffness in my neck for weeks and after one night on this pillow I felt a noticeable difference. This pillow is the perfect balance of softness and support and I really appreciate the domed on one side shape so I can flip it to adjust how I want to rest my head. I've always been annoyed by ultra soft pillows where your face sinks into them too far and feels like you can't breathe, with this pillow it feels soft but gives enough support that you can sleep very comfortably on it. I noticed that the neck pillow my wife got seems to be made of a much firmer material than mine that I don't really care for. But the symphony pillow seems to be just the right firmness to be perfectly comfortable. Pricey but highly recommended!

It took me a week to start sleeping like a baby on my new pillow because before I didn't use a pillow and I suffered a lot of pain in both arms due to my tendinitis. I have slept on my side all my life and on the side that I slept on I woke up with pain + neck pain. Now using this pillow I have no more pain in my arms or neck, I can sleep better and I add a few hours to my sleep every night. Very happy with the purchase and for this investment for my quality of life. P.S. I bought two pillows, one for my husband who sleeps on his back and it worked great for him too. Excellent investment. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a bean shaped pillow for years and it was time for a new pillow. I couldn't decide between the neckroll or the symphony, so I bought both!! Love them both. I rotate them and have been sleeping much better.

What have you done, Tempurpedic? I've been buying the symphony pillow for years and have loved it in the past. This recent one is different - much lighter, smaller and softer. It doesn't work for me. Not supportive enough for my head and neck. So disappointing. I gave it to my husband and he's okay with it. Unless you improve these you have lost a long time customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Symphony pillow. The first 2 were for my husband and myself. We absolutely loved them. When my father came down to visit for a month we decided to purchase another for where he was sleeping as well. My father is a pretty picky man so I was hesitant on what he was going to think about it. Up until now I my mother had told me he was often unhappy with his pillows. When I asked about the pillow and what he though about it he responded that he "liked" it. What you don't understand is that coming from my father, that is the greatest of compliments. The man rarely, if ever, gives compliments and most responses is a "Meh" or "shaky hand gesture" (basically saying it's only okay, if that). Needless to say we're short a pillow since when he returned home he took it with him. Super happy that dad "liked" his too!

We were a little unsure about these newest ones because they were smaller and much lighter weight, but they have been wonderful since the first night! No breaking in period or neck pain. We still have our last set, but these are our nightly sleepers now and we love them.
