[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had purchased the Tempur Cloud Pro Pillow - Pro Mid, which was too high for my neck (I am 6'0 185lbs). After contacting Tempur-Pedic, I was informed of the dimensions of the pillow as it relates to the distance between your neck and tip of your shoulder. With this new information I opt'd for the symphony pillow which has been really good. I initially purchased the original neck pillow and still own it, but I enjoy have both the Symphony Pillow and neck Pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very supportive and comfortable. My neck pain has improved already in the first week of use! The reason it is getting 4 stars is because we've had our pillows for a week and there's still a chemical smell to them.

It took me a week to start sleeping like a baby on my new pillow because before I didn't use a pillow and I suffered a lot of pain in both arms due to my tendinitis. I have slept on my side all my life and on the side that I slept on I woke up with pain + neck pain. Now using this pillow I have no more pain in my arms or neck, I can sleep better and I add a few hours to my sleep every night. Very happy with the purchase and for this investment for my quality of life. P.S. I bought two pillows, one for my husband who sleeps on his back and it worked great for him too. Excellent investment. Highly recommended!

I always wanted a Tempur-Pedic mattress and the wife and I went all out and got the Mattress, TEMPUR-Ergo Ergo 2.0 mechanical head and foot raising base, 4 symphony pillow and 2 neck pillows and a Tempur-Pedic Plush Bear to really top it off and couldn't be happier. I was having so much trouble sleeping and now I can't get out of bed... I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.? I have health issue and I feel this has already made a huge difference and wish we had purchased years ago.! We couldn't be happier.! And... as my title says... No More Counting Sheep.! This is my 2nd favorite tempurpedic pillow. I like to lay on this one when I am watching tv in bed. I usually like to sleep on the tempurpedic neck pillow, but sometimes I use this one. I have a very bad neck and some nights this one is better than the neck pillow. This pillow works well for side and back sleepers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had about 4 styles of Tempur pedic pillows in the past but always come back to the Symphony pillow. It has just the right support for me when I sleep on my side or my back. My only feedback would be to make it a bit bigger or longer. For a queen size pillow it doesn't fit my queen size pillow cases at all and looks miss placed on my queen sized bed and also king size bed. Absolutely love the product, but I hope you'll make a king size version of this pillow in the future! I sleep very hot at night and this style has been great to keep me cooler and more comfortable. I tend to keep it on the flatter side up no matter what position I'm sleeping and it's very comfortable no matter what. I don't think I'll ever go back to owning another pillow brand.

I suffer from spasms, neck and back injuries so I decided to purchase the symphony pillow and the mattress topper. They both have been a lifesaver, I sleep so comfortable now and I don't have pain when I wake up!! I will definitely invest on a king size bed eventually.

Sleeping on this pillow is like sleeping on a cushioney brick. Overall sleep quality gets a 2 because at least the Cloud Supreme bed makes it possible to sleep well. This pillow is much too "firm" to love. Hopefully the Cloud pillow will fare better with me when I receive it.
