I converted to TP pillows and mattresses and i can sleep through the night comfortably and wake rejuvenated. It sounds cliche but it was life transforming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper trying to train myself to sleep on my back. This pillow is comfortable in both positions. It is firm enough to provide support while having enough give to be comfortable and cradling. It does not get too hot at night. Finding this pillow gave me the first comfortable nights sleep I'd had in a long time.

My husband has the Tempur-Cloud, which is fine, but I was looking for something with a bit more height and density without going full-blown "firm." I am both a side and back sleeper and this pillow is exactly what I was looking for! Super comfy with just the right amount of smoosh. There was about 48-72 hours of off-gassing, so keep that in mind before trying it out for a full night's rest.

It has the perfect amount of firmness and never loses it's shape (which was the issue with all the other memory foam pillows we purchased previously). Comfortable for both back and side sleepers. We love these pillows so much we purchased two more for my parents who also absolutely love them. The pillows are heavy so they don't move around easily in bed so it always stays under my head. Provides great neck support. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a new pillow.

I am a back and side sleeper, and got this pillow thinking it would be perfect for me. Although one side is slanted downward, it is too high for my neck and gives me pain in the morning. It is frustrating that I can not return it as I no longer have a need, I will try another tempurpedic pillow to hopefully solve my problem.

I purchased the Symphony pillow, but received a low quality Adjustable pillow instead. "Easy mistake, I'll call customer service and they'll send me the correct order", is what I thought, but what followed was the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. So much so, that I have to resort to leaving a poor review on this website. Customer service line says its only a couple of minutes wait time, but that hasn't been true for any of the numerous calls I've had to make, because I always get a prompt saying "all service reps are busy and please press 2 for a call back". On more than several occasions the call back is just a one ring phone call before they hang up. Never passing the one ring mark so I can answer, or leave a message. When I do get a call back and Im able to beat the rep before he hangs up, I ask for a status or resolution and they're not able to provide one or a time table of when I can expect an answer. I finally had enough and asked for a manager, which I was told only work from 10am-3PM (lucky them). So I called between those times, finally got a call back and transferred to the supervisor que only to be sent back to the normal service rep que for a call back. Its been over two weeks of this without a resolution. Based on this experience I will most likely never shop or recommend Tempur_pedic again.

I left my beloved symphony pillow in a hotel room by accident and couldn't get it back. I had that pillow for at least 10 years still going strong. Supportive, comfy, etc. I bought this symphony thinking "oh it's the same pillow"...not so IMO. This pillow is definitely different. It's not as dense, my head sinks right down through it, offers no support like the old version. What gives? There's also a weight difference. My old pillow felt like I was carrying around a small puppy. This feels super light. Just very disappointed. Wish Tempurpedic would make the pillow with whatever foam they used previously.

30 years ago or so I bought this pillow and it was amazing! Slept good, super comfortable, no neck pain when I woke up and it overall improved my sleep quality. I give my old pillow to my wife because it is still good and decide to buy myself another one. Big mistake! They don't feel like the same pillow anymore! Not as comfortable as the one I bought 20 years ago, or any of the good qualities I listed above. It's almost as though they are using a material that is not as good as the one they were using back then. Anyway, I don't recommend this pillow anymore.

However, the original Tempur-pedic pillow they made several years ago with the yellow/beige cover is still my favorite. My husband and children have stolen all those from me! I remember when I brought my first one home several years ago. My family looked at the pillow and me with skepticism. Now they are all converts. The Symphony is close, but still not the quite the same. Bring back the original!
