If I had written a review several months ago I would have given 5 stars and said it's fantastic, hands down. Now I struggle to use it. I started using it to ease pain in my hands and arms. Now it causes my neck to ache so I don't use it much anymore.

I used to toss and turn numerous times before I purchased my Tempur-Symphony pillow. I am petite with Osteoarthritis of the neck and this pillow has a slight incline that allows my neck to rest on the pillow without being pushed up and then in turn my chin to my chest. My neck pain has lessened due to sleeping on my new pillow. Thanks Tempur-pedic. I am finally getting the sleep I need.

Those to taken together lead to a ton of aches and pains and make it difficult to sleep sometimes. After sleeping on this pillow, my sleep cycle literally changed overnight. I wasn't tossing and turning, I wasn't waking up in the middle of the night, and best of all, my neck and lower back pain went away in a week. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a better night's sleep!

I tend to keep it on the flatter side up no matter what position I'm sleeping and it's very comfortable no matter what. I don't think I'll ever go back to owning another pillow brand.

It's great because depending on if I decide to sleep on my side or my back, the pillow provided me with both options without giving me back pain. We did take off the covers of the pillows because they did make the pillow more stiff, but once we did, we found it to be much better for our sleep! Highly recommend if you sleep in different positions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before using The Tempur-Symphony Pillow, I preferred to sleep without a pillow because pillows were never comfortable enough for me. They were either too soft or hard. Some were perfect, but deteriorated quickly and became useless. I did not purchase the Tempur-Symphony Pillow, it was included for free upon my purchase of the Tempur-Topper. Initially, my intentions were to give the pillow away to my mother; however, I decided to give it a try. I have to say this pillow is nothing short of amazing. I began using the Tempur-Symphony pillow at the start of September, it is now October and I am hooked! I 100% reccomend this pillow to us non-pillow sleepers and everyone else! It is beautifully made and has changed the way I sleep for the better.

I bought a Symphony pillow 5 years ago and it was very firm and supported my head and neck well. I just received a new one and it is not anything like my old one. This pillow is like a half inflated balloon, with no support. I'm very disappointed in the change. I went back to my old better pillow.

I bought this to replace the symphony style tempur-pedic brand pillow I purchased several years ago. Unfortunately, the newer model doesn't feel quite the same, even though it's the same shape. It's thinner and lighter, which may be a bonus for some shoppers. I was trying to find something identical to what I had and I am disappointed that they don't make it anymore.

I love that this pillow has two sides to it for different sleeping positions. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone!

I've had the Symphony pillow for over 8 years and it still has its shape and still as comfortable as the day I got it. Definitely worth every penny. I mostly sleep on my side but recently since getting the new Flex supreme, I wake up on my back and am just as comfotable. This pillow actually allows for multiple positions of sleep.
