Offers good support. I switch alot between my back and stomach/side but it's nice that I can just flip the pillow depending on what makes me more comfortable at that time. These pillows were worth every penny!

I have used these pillows for the past 12 years, I think this is my 4th one. The one I recently purchased smells. I did not have this problem in the past. Why did you change what it was made of? I still get a comfortable nights sleep, but one month later it still smells. I ordered directly from your store.

We have historically loved these pillows and this would be our 3rd and 4th time buying them. Whatever has changed in recent years they are awful. They are smaller than their predecessor and have no support, they sink easily a take longer to recover. Being unable to return pillows these were an absolute waste of money. Incredibly disappointed.

Before I would wake up with neck pain and headaches due to lack of proper support, but buying this product has changed that. It's super comfortable, but it provides the support I need. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the old version of the Symphony Pillow, and they were amazing, best pillow I've ever had. We bought 2 new Symphony Pillows and they are re-designed and can clearly tell they are different than the older Symphony Pillow. I could not get comfortable and did not like the pillow, so I thought I had ordered the wrong pillow. Turns out its just the new and updated version. I am not the only one that feels this way, I saw other reviews that had same feeling and concerns. Needless to say I put the new on in the closet and went back to my older Symphony Pillow. One night back on my old one and i said to myself, "Ahhhh that's much better".

I have been a user of the Symphony pillow for about 8 years and it was a godsend for my back problems. The new version from 2017 is awful. It is much lighter in weight and emits such a terrible odor that I wasn't able to sleep through the night while using it. Customer service advised me that to get rid of the odor I needed to squish the pillow around to loosen the materials. I will never purchase a Tempur-Pedic product again considering that they do not stand behind their products with a return policy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Symphony pillow. The first 2 were for my husband and myself. We absolutely loved them. When my father came down to visit for a month we decided to purchase another for where he was sleeping as well. My father is a pretty picky man so I was hesitant on what he was going to think about it. Up until now I my mother had told me he was often unhappy with his pillows. When I asked about the pillow and what he though about it he responded that he "liked" it. What you don't understand is that coming from my father, that is the greatest of compliments. The man rarely, if ever, gives compliments and most responses is a "Meh" or "shaky hand gesture" (basically saying it's only okay, if that). Needless to say we're short a pillow since when he returned home he took it with him. Super happy that dad "liked" his too!
