After years of sleeping badly, and waking up with a stiff neck, I decided to give this dream of a pillow a try. I immediately slept more soundly and stopped waking up with stiff neck. My husband tested out my pillow one night and was sold on it as well, so we purchased one for him also. It is amazing at how big a difference the right pillow can make on getting a good night's sleep. Next step will be getting one of your mattresses.

I was waking up with a stiff neck and sore muscles almost every morning before buying two of these pillows. The pillow is super comfortable and both sides are supportive, and now I get a much better night sleep and haven't woken up with tension headaches. My daughter has the second pillow and falls asleep within minutes after her head touches the pillow. It's soft so if you prefer a more firm pillow, this may not be a good option. But the softness is nice and cushions your head, neck and shoulders. Overall, I'm very happy with this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently pruchased a Tempur-Pedic bed and loved ti so much we went ahead and purchased two pillow. I like the way the pillow has the indent for when laying on your back. I have not had a neck ache since pruchasing this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never go anywhere without this pillow. I have been using it for years and I get the best sleep with it. It's not too hard or soft and is super supportive. I am a stomach and side sleeper and it's perfect for me.

I must have a defective pillow because it's the opposite of soft. I bought the temper cloud cooling pillow for my husband, which is listed as a medium firm pillow, and we both sink right into it, it's amazing. But I haven't been able to sleep in 2 nights because the symphony is NOT soft. If you are a back sleeper, the curved side is nice but as a side sleeper, don't get this pillow. I wind up laying on top of the pillow (no sinking at all), which is pretty high, which then cricks my neck too far the wrong way. Ugh. This has to be a defect. I don't sink into the pillow at all, it's not soft or comfortable or anything that has felt like a tempurpedic pillow, which I have slept on previously for years. It's a big piece of hard foam. What a waste of money.

Thank god for the warranty. Even though it's limited I am hoping to get my pillow replaced from the faulty materials and quality. I slept amazing the first 3 to 6 months of owning this pillow. But after that it stopped "spring back" and wasn't supportive anymore. I love the line and only own tempur pedic pillows due to neck and spine problems. Since it's suppose to contour and support you allowing you to sleep and wake up pain free is the reason I bought these. But if the pillow is this expensive and doesn't last more then a couple months it's not worth it. Hopefully they will exchange it and I can have a happy and healthy nights rest again. All foam type pillows become brick like but normally after two years not 3 to 6 months.

I have tried a few and can safely say tempur is one of the best. Some memory pillow were 2 tough and some were not elastic enough for me. If you wanna take a step to try out memory foam pillow, tempur is a must go to brand for it's comfort and you will be please.

Sadly, this might be the WORST pillow I have ever purchased. My husband has this exact pillow in the Standard size. I tried his and it gave my head/neck nice support, which I need because I'm a side sleeper. So, I was shocked when I purchased the Queen size and after just a few uses, it went completely FLAT. It went so flat that when I woke up my shoulder and neck were in horrible pain. I believe the pillow I purchased must be defective and that Quality Assurance must have missed it. I should have returned it when I first realized the problem instead of trying to make it work. BE CAREFUL, SIDE SLEEPERS!!
