[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent pillow. At first I was hesitant to purchase because of the price, but I tried one at my girlfriends house and instantly fell in love with it. I immediately ordered 2 after trying them out. Would highly recommend!

I bought this pillow about 7 years ago, and still use it. I thought it was about time to replace it with a new one. Well, the one I received is softer, more flimsy and just doesn't offer the support of the order model. Needless to say, I am using my old symphony pillow which offers me the best best night sleep.

This is the only pillow that provides a firm support for my head but also forms to my head for the perfect comfort level. My head doesn't sink to the bed and it doesn't leave my neck aching like most pillows that are too firm. I've been looking for the perfect pillow for years!!! This is it!

I bought two Symphony pillows about three months ago and rotate between the two every few weeks. At first I loved them! It supported my neck and I was finally getting a great night sleep without waking up with a headache! I've noticed that both pillows have already lost the firmness already. I flip them over so that one area doesn't get overused but it's still the same. For the quality I expected, I'm disappointed that they didn't stay firm for more than a few months.

I was on the fence about purchasing this pillow as I contemplated other brands. However, I am glad I went with this one. It is supportive, a nice level of firm, and helps me sleep each night. I am a back sleeper and I like how the contoured edges fit nicely under my neck.

Bought two of these few months ago and I still can't get used to it. I gave it a chance long enough and ended up giving up. It's not soft at all but extremely hard. No matter what sleep position I lie down, can't find better position. It cause me neck pain and even headache. Now I'm stuck with two expensive pillows and one is not even opened, still sitting in box. So disappointing

Though pricey, if you have chronic back/hip pain like I do, the combination of a couple of Tempur-Pedic pillows (I bought Symphony) and a TP bed are an excellent choice for you. I sleep MUCH more sound, and don't toss and turn nearly like I used to. The advanced Ergo adjustment/vibrator is fabulous. The Biggest problem is my schnauzer hogs the bed now~!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed, and pillow, is so comfortable it is hard to enjoy vacations. Other beds don't stand up to our tempurpedic. My children are also addicted and don't want to sleep in their beds. I wish i had enough money to buy them their own beds.
