[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned Tempur-Pedic pillows in the past and loved them. This one, however, has been quite a disappointment. It's nof firm at all, even though is claims to be a firm one. I'll have to continue shopping for one that's actually firm. Until then, I'll be dealing with a sore neck.

This pillow did help support my neck after a neck injury however it was much firmer than I expected and it took a very long time to break in. After a few months it was finally broken in and feels much better, I just wish it wasn't so heavy. I would recommend to anyone who wakes up with neck pain from using the average non tempurpedic pillow.

I bought a Symphony pillow 5 years ago and it was very firm and supported my head and neck well. I just received a new one and it is not anything like my old one. This pillow is like a half inflated balloon, with no support. I'm very disappointed in the change. I went back to my old better pillow.

I looked at local stores and decided to buy directly from Tempur-Pedic. It was the best decision I could have made as the neck and shoulder pains were eliminated. I sleep so much better and my sleep is more restful.

I converted to TP pillows and mattresses and i can sleep through the night comfortably and wake rejuvenated. It sounds cliche but it was life transforming.

I had to replace my previous symphony pillow after I left it at a hotel on vacation!! I had whiplash after a car accident 4 years ago and had problems with sore neck and headaches upon waking. This pillow has been a life saver and was devastated when I lost it. I tried other pillows for three weeks but finally had to replace it. I was really nervous when I opened it as it is not as firm or as thick as my previous pillow but slept great and no pain this morning! I hope it lasts as long as my previous symphony pillow did

Best decision ever, I sleep so much better and sleep all through the night. I am so comfy and want to take them everywhere with me. Even my cats enjoy napping on them! My mom was having difficulty sleeping and I shared one with with her try and she couldn't believe the difference! These pillows work wonders! I can't wait to get a bed.

So I decided to test out the pillows at a tempurpedic store near my home because I was choosing between the Cloud and the Symphony pillow. I'm glad I tried them out. I was close to purchasing a Cloud pillow online without testing the products first, but once I went to the store, I instantly felt the Symphony pillow was perfect for me. It allows full support of the neck and keeps the spine aligned without strain. The pillow is soft, yet firm enough to support my head without overstretching my neck by sinking my head to deep into the foam. With the Cloud pillow, it did offer great neck support (by the way I am a strong side and back sleeper. I lay on my side to fall asleep, then transition to my back for much of the night too). But with the Cloud being, well, much like a Cloud, where there was full support and also very soft, my head would sink into the pillow. I felt this may be an issue by overstretching my neck, so Symphony was the way to go. Ive used my pillow for three nights now and I am so happy to hop in bed and wake up free of neck pain! Which is very common for me if I don't have the proper support. If you need support, this pillow is it. But again it's a little firm for those who like their heads on pillows that are soft and don't sink in too much. I will be coming back to try out their body pillow next!

What have you done, Tempurpedic? I've been buying the symphony pillow for years and have loved it in the past. This recent one is different - much lighter, smaller and softer. It doesn't work for me. Not supportive enough for my head and neck. So disappointing. I gave it to my husband and he's okay with it. Unless you improve these you have lost a long time customer.
