I bought 2 of these pillows for my husband and I. I tried the pillow for a week before I had to stop using it because it was causing me neck pain. I think it's too small and so my neck was tilted at an angle. I really wanted it to work, but now our pillows are just kept aside for our guest bedroom. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently pruchased a Tempur-Pedic bed and loved ti so much we went ahead and purchased two pillow. I like the way the pillow has the indent for when laying on your back. I have not had a neck ache since pruchasing this pillow.

Bought 2 Symphony pillows and for the first few nights seemed to be comfortable but by the third night I awoke with a pounding headache. Decided to give it another try and 2 weeks later still having headaches. Have switched back to my old pillow and am very unhappy about spending $129 on a pillow I will never use.

I've had them all...however this is the first legit/real Tempurpedic pillow I've had. Don't get it confused, there are many out there that claim the same as Tempurpedic...knock-offs if you will, but none come close. Spend the extra money as it will most likely be more expensive, it's worth it!

I am a big guy, 300 lbs., and wear a CPAP every night for sleep apnea. I have had an opportunity to test all the Tempur pillows, (as I work in a retail mattress store) and have found that the Symphony is best for me. I'm primarily a back sleeper, with some side sleeping, and the side with more sloping is great for neck and shoulder support. The side with less slope is great for primary side sleepers. The molded material cradles my big head for good spinal alignment. I plan to get an extra one for travel. ....All that said, my wife doesn't like it at all. She prefers the feel of a plain old pillow we all grew up with. Can't please everyone.

Surprising results! After shoulder surgery for a separated shoulder, I found it impossible to sleep on my side without pain. Somehow, this pillow defers the weight of my head and body from my shoulder so I can sleep all night however I want. The surprise was this pillow also keeps me from snoring! I don't know how, I just know it works. It's always nice to get more than you paid for, but my sleep is priceless! I'll never sleep on anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to be sure what is sleeping posture. I fall asleep on my back so a pillow with neck support would have been a better options. But it still remains the best pillows I have purchased and I have seen an improvement in the quality of sleep I get.

I was going through about a pillow a month until I found this one! Has the perfect amount of support and with the dual design, it's comfortable whether I'm on my back or side. I've had this for 6 months and it is just as comfortable as the day I purchased it. There is no doubt that I will get another when/if I ever need one.

My wife and I took advantage of a BOGO deal to try some Tempur Pedic pillows, wondering if they were worth the cost, but we are very disappointed with our product, especially since Tempur Pedic doesn't allow you to return them. We were deciding between a pillow that was "extra soft" or just "soft", and we chose the Symphony pillow because "soft" sounded like what we want, slightly more supportive than "extra soft" because there's nothing worse than side-sleeping and having the pillow suffocate you because your head sinks so far into it. Well, it's been a month now and these haven't 'broken in' or anything, they are at MINIMUM a FIRM pillow. I would classify these as EXTRA firm, because it actually hurts to lay in the same position for extended period of time. We're extremely disappointed that this was our experience, that the description of the product was, in our opinion, FALSE (at minimum misleading), and that Tempur Pedic specifically advertises that these cannot be returned because they can't be re-sold after use. DO. NOT. BUY.
