30 years ago or so I bought this pillow and it was amazing! Slept good, super comfortable, no neck pain when I woke up and it overall improved my sleep quality. I give my old pillow to my wife because it is still good and decide to buy myself another one. Big mistake! They don't feel like the same pillow anymore! Not as comfortable as the one I bought 20 years ago, or any of the good qualities I listed above. It's almost as though they are using a material that is not as good as the one they were using back then. Anyway, I don't recommend this pillow anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the old version of the Symphony Pillow, and they were amazing, best pillow I've ever had. We bought 2 new Symphony Pillows and they are re-designed and can clearly tell they are different than the older Symphony Pillow. I could not get comfortable and did not like the pillow, so I thought I had ordered the wrong pillow. Turns out its just the new and updated version. I am not the only one that feels this way, I saw other reviews that had same feeling and concerns. Needless to say I put the new on in the closet and went back to my older Symphony Pillow. One night back on my old one and i said to myself, "Ahhhh that's much better".

I've had the Symphony pillow for over 8 years and it still has its shape and still as comfortable as the day I got it. Definitely worth every penny. I mostly sleep on my side but recently since getting the new Flex supreme, I wake up on my back and am just as comfotable. This pillow actually allows for multiple positions of sleep.

Bought 2 Symphony pillows and for the first few nights seemed to be comfortable but by the third night I awoke with a pounding headache. Decided to give it another try and 2 weeks later still having headaches. Have switched back to my old pillow and am very unhappy about spending $129 on a pillow I will never use.

It took me a week to start sleeping like a baby on my new pillow because before I didn't use a pillow and I suffered a lot of pain in both arms due to my tendinitis. I have slept on my side all my life and on the side that I slept on I woke up with pain + neck pain. Now using this pillow I have no more pain in my arms or neck, I can sleep better and I add a few hours to my sleep every night. Very happy with the purchase and for this investment for my quality of life. P.S. I bought two pillows, one for my husband who sleeps on his back and it worked great for him too. Excellent investment. Highly recommended!

We purchased a Rhapsody bed, and tried out this pillow in the store with the bed and it seemed fine. However, after 4 weeks the pillow is still too firm. It keeps my neck raised up too high, and I wake up with neck pain. Flipping it over to the "side sleep" position helps some, but I now wish I would have bought the cloud pillow. We bought 3 of these pillows, and I feel like I lost $300!

I've had this pillow over a month and it has changed my sleep. Love the dual side for back and stomach positions. True quality product here. I will never buy a cheap pillow again.

So I decided to test out the pillows at a tempurpedic store near my home because I was choosing between the Cloud and the Symphony pillow. I'm glad I tried them out. I was close to purchasing a Cloud pillow online without testing the products first, but once I went to the store, I instantly felt the Symphony pillow was perfect for me. It allows full support of the neck and keeps the spine aligned without strain. The pillow is soft, yet firm enough to support my head without overstretching my neck by sinking my head to deep into the foam. With the Cloud pillow, it did offer great neck support (by the way I am a strong side and back sleeper. I lay on my side to fall asleep, then transition to my back for much of the night too). But with the Cloud being, well, much like a Cloud, where there was full support and also very soft, my head would sink into the pillow. I felt this may be an issue by overstretching my neck, so Symphony was the way to go. Ive used my pillow for three nights now and I am so happy to hop in bed and wake up free of neck pain! Which is very common for me if I don't have the proper support. If you need support, this pillow is it. But again it's a little firm for those who like their heads on pillows that are soft and don't sink in too much. I will be coming back to try out their body pillow next!

My husband and I each bought symphony pillows about 7 years ago. We loved them so much, we recently purchased new ones thinking it was time to upgrade. Wasted money. I ended up going back to my old pillow that was (at 7 years old) still much thicker and firmer than the new one. I sometimes put my hand under my pillow. With the new one, my head practically touched my hand. With my old one, it doesn't come close. We couldn't get our money back for the new ones since it wasn't considered a defect that would fall under their warranty policy. Very disappointing after years of great experience with the original product. We won't be buying more in the future.

My husband has the Tempur-Cloud, which is fine, but I was looking for something with a bit more height and density without going full-blown "firm." I am both a side and back sleeper and this pillow is exactly what I was looking for! Super comfy with just the right amount of smoosh. There was about 48-72 hours of off-gassing, so keep that in mind before trying it out for a full night's rest.
