I have six tempur pedic pillows, two per bed. So no matter where we sleep in our bed or with the kids we have a great pillow. I used to wake up with a stiff neck every morning but not with a tempur pedic under my head at night. Money well spent.

I tend to mostly back and side sleep and the wife is a side and stomach sleeper. So we each use a different side of these pillows. We are sleeping much better than using our old pillow set which were memory foam but not very good. These help the easing my back pain as well as wifes neck pain (from injury). They support your neck in a way that relieves the pressure points with no more stiff neck mornings. Totally recommend these pillows.

This pillow was perfect when I got it and still is after 5 years of use. My fiance is always using mine so I got on the site to buy him one of his own. I would recommend one to EVERYONE! Sleeping on this pillow has improved my overall sleep, neck pain, and back pain.

After reading several reviews, we purchased two symphony pillows. My husband and I are too small for the pillows because our neck doesn't fit the pillow right and our heads raise our backs off the bed. It is an uncomfortable fit for both of us. And, then the "softness". Well, these pillows feel nice, but are pretty firm. We own a memory foam mattress and these pillows are terrible. Unfortunately, we cannot even exchange them for a "softer" pillow or return them all together for a refund. I HATE buying pillows!

Though pricey, if you have chronic back/hip pain like I do, the combination of a couple of Tempur-Pedic pillows (I bought Symphony) and a TP bed are an excellent choice for you. I sleep MUCH more sound, and don't toss and turn nearly like I used to. The advanced Ergo adjustment/vibrator is fabulous. The Biggest problem is my schnauzer hogs the bed now~!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the first Symphony pillow I received over 5 years ago, I've been using it this whole time, even sometimes on trips or while camping and its still amazing...its not quiet as firm as it once was, so I was hoping to catch it on buy one get one to have some spares...sadly the new foam design or material is not the same...its much lighter in weight and less form fitting...it seems to be decent as I don't have any of my old neck problems popping up, but I must say I fall asleep much quicker on the slightly firmer original Symphony pillow...overall I would still recommend this pillow to people, but I am convinced if you've had the original, you'll notice a difference...but those who have just been using regular pillows, even the new lighter Symphony is way ahead of the game.

I bought a symphony pillow approx 7 years ago and loved it. When I forgot it in a hotel, I went straight out to purchase another... They've changed the cover fabric to a much cheaper quality one and the thickness -loft/fill-is half what it was before; but you guessed it - same price! ?SO DISAPPOINTED.?

I bought this pillow about 7 years ago, and still use it. I thought it was about time to replace it with a new one. Well, the one I received is softer, more flimsy and just doesn't offer the support of the order model. Needless to say, I am using my old symphony pillow which offers me the best best night sleep.
