[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and for the longest time I couldn't find a pillow with the right firmness to support my head and neck at the optimal comfort angle. I constantly had to adjust a pillow underneath my primary pillow. With this one I just lay down and easily fall asleep. I bought two and will definitely buy again!

30 years ago or so I bought this pillow and it was amazing! Slept good, super comfortable, no neck pain when I woke up and it overall improved my sleep quality. I give my old pillow to my wife because it is still good and decide to buy myself another one. Big mistake! They don't feel like the same pillow anymore! Not as comfortable as the one I bought 20 years ago, or any of the good qualities I listed above. It's almost as though they are using a material that is not as good as the one they were using back then. Anyway, I don't recommend this pillow anymore.

After years of sleeping badly, and waking up with a stiff neck, I decided to give this dream of a pillow a try. I immediately slept more soundly and stopped waking up with stiff neck. My husband tested out my pillow one night and was sold on it as well, so we purchased one for him also. It is amazing at how big a difference the right pillow can make on getting a good night's sleep. Next step will be getting one of your mattresses.

I called customer service & they wanted me to call UPS who delivered the pillows to question them about the rest of the order. After explaining to the customer service rep, that as a client it's not my responsibility to track the order down or find out why the rest of the order was not delivered, that's why I am calling them to let them know and have them do they're job. Long story short, they sent me the rest of the order. The pillows are great! The whole family loves them.

I bought this pillow about 7 years ago, and still use it. I thought it was about time to replace it with a new one. Well, the one I received is softer, more flimsy and just doesn't offer the support of the order model. Needless to say, I am using my old symphony pillow which offers me the best best night sleep.

But right after having major back surgery I had continual stiff necks and pain for some reason. For over a year I tried different pillows but couldn't find one I liked and that helped my neck pain. Within 3 days of having this pillow my neck pain subsided dramatically. Now after a couple of months I rarely have neck pain. I sleep on the side of the pillow for side sleepers even when I'm on my back, and my husband is the opposite. He sleeps on the side for back sleepers all the time. We both love this pillow and will continue to purchase it as we need one!

As soon as you lay your head down it slowly conforms to the pillow. Doesn't sink in or make your heat hot at night. My only regret is not getting one for my boyfriend who tries to steal it almost every night! I'll be back for more and have already recommended to my friends!

I must have a defective pillow because it's the opposite of soft. I bought the temper cloud cooling pillow for my husband, which is listed as a medium firm pillow, and we both sink right into it, it's amazing. But I haven't been able to sleep in 2 nights because the symphony is NOT soft. If you are a back sleeper, the curved side is nice but as a side sleeper, don't get this pillow. I wind up laying on top of the pillow (no sinking at all), which is pretty high, which then cricks my neck too far the wrong way. Ugh. This has to be a defect. I don't sink into the pillow at all, it's not soft or comfortable or anything that has felt like a tempurpedic pillow, which I have slept on previously for years. It's a big piece of hard foam. What a waste of money.

I own two Symphony pillows which I have had for years and absolutley love. They are queen size Symphony pillows. The "new" Symphony pillows are only available in standard size, but this information is not advertised when ordering (I ordered 4). Ironically, upon arrival the boxes clearly state "standard" size. I called customer support, and lo and behold, the pillows cannot be returned although they are still shrink wrapped and in their original boxes. I am now a former loyal customer.
