I was actually quite disappointed with my purchase. My husband got the symphony pillow quite a few years ago and is still using his pillow and loving it. This symphony pillow however is not at all the same quality. It does not support near like the old ones. It flattens out and doesn't have the quality that the old ones had. When I pick up the old one and the new one at the same time it is obvious which one is made with better quality. The old one is just heavier and firmer. So all in all, I am disappointed I paid so much for a pillow that is not the quality it used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a bulging disc in my neck, these are the only pillows I can really sleep on. The new ones do seem somewhat softer than my previous purchases. I like the older style/firmer ones better. VERY expensive for a foam molded pillow, but since they cause the least issues with my neck, I'll keep buying them. Would love to have this in king size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't mind the firmness of this pillow, and I really liked that you could use both sides depending on how you primarily sleep. However I sleep on my side basically all the time, and I found that this pillow was too low for that. I would wake up every morning with pain in my neck on the side I sleep on. When I stopped using the pillow, my pain went away!

After getting home I couldn't help myself from texting the owner and asking for the model of pillows she had- and lucky me, the pillows were 2 for 1! They're so soft and the memory foam is amazing (molds to your shape) without being too hard or flimsy.

I have had a sore neck for about 6 months now. I am a stomach and side sleeper snd i have tried several different pillows with none of them being sucessful. I decided to try the Symphony pillow. This is the best pillow ever!!! After just one night i could tell the difference, i didnt wake up feling stiff. I love the support it gives my neck. It is worth every penny i spent on it.

When we lay in it, it instantly puts us in a unconscious state of mind and fall right to sleep. This is the best sleep I've ever gotten. No more neck and back pains when I wake up. On a side note it's a struggle to get out of it in the morning as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how high this pillow is as it fits perfectly between my shoulder/neck area. It is slightly too firm for me. I also have the Embrace pillow which I like better, but this one is the perfect loft. I use both on my bed currently, switching between the two.

Love the cooling at night and it's just the right firmness for me as a side and tummy sleeper! No other pillows have come close. Now just to upgrade the mattress to a temperpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow! It feels so good and I don't wake up with neck or upper back pain anymore like I had with my previous pillows. Offers good support. I switch alot between my back and stomach/side but it's nice that I can just flip the pillow depending on what makes me more comfortable at that time. These pillows were worth every penny!
