This pillow is too small and not high enough for side sleeping. I was replacing my 10 year old pillow and wanted the same one, since the original was perfect. Not sure why design changes were made, but now I am stuck with an expensive, useless pillow.

It also takes less time to be comfortable so I'm falling asleep and staying asleep better. Totally worth the price, if it were more affordable I'd give them as Christmas gifts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 symphony pillows when it had the deal for BOGO. We went to one of the authorized retailer to try it out before purchasing online. It felt great. So we decided to get 2. One for myself and one for my husband. We both in love with it when we first got it. However, the pillow gets more flat/collapse after 6 months. My husband changed back to his old one because it started hurting his neck.

I purchased the symphony pillows as they were recommended to me for my chronic neck pain. I used them for more than 30 days each night, as directed, and contacted customer service because my neck pain increased. They said no returns and there is nothing they could do as their return period only applies to their mattress. I'd hate to have someone else suffer the same pains and spend their money on something that doesn't help.

I'm a stomach and side sleeper primarily and so when going through the website and reviews, I wasn't quite sure what type of pillows would be best for me. The symphony pillows are perfect for my style of sleep. They bend just enough when I'm on my side but not enough to lose their soft feel and support. To be honest, it did take a few weeks to get used to having actual support from them. I wasn't sure if they were right, but after about 2-3 weeks, I really started to notice the difference in my sleep. I don't wake up with sore neck muscles or feel like I need to stretch out from a bad night. I can't even begin to explain how bad other pillows are now that I'm used to my Tempur-Pedic pillows.. I don't think I could ever go back to just a regular down or foam generic pillows. I've been to a few hotels since my purchase and spent nights away and such but honestly, other pillows just don't compare anymore. I woke up sore, stiff, and sad on the few nights I've been without my pillows. I feel almost robbed knowing I missed out on good sleep every time I woke up without them. If you're a side sleeper, definitely give these pillows a try. You'll be so happy you did! I will definitely be investing in a Tempur-Pedic mattress down the road and I'm now life-long customer.

This pillow allows me to maintain a neutral spine while sleeping. I sleep soundly and wake up without neck pain. You won't regret this purchase!!

After years of wanting a tempurpedic pillow I finally decided to spend the money and bought myself a symphony pillow and an extra thick neck support pillow for my wife. I LOVE THIS THING! I've had stiffness in my neck for weeks and after one night on this pillow I felt a noticeable difference. This pillow is the perfect balance of softness and support and I really appreciate the domed on one side shape so I can flip it to adjust how I want to rest my head. I've always been annoyed by ultra soft pillows where your face sinks into them too far and feels like you can't breathe, with this pillow it feels soft but gives enough support that you can sleep very comfortably on it. I noticed that the neck pillow my wife got seems to be made of a much firmer material than mine that I don't really care for. But the symphony pillow seems to be just the right firmness to be perfectly comfortable. Pricey but highly recommended!

I love the symphony pillow. I am a side sleeper and this pillow works very well for me. I love that it doesn't go flat and conforms around my head while supporting my neck and shoulders and you can use it for side, back and stomach sleeping positions. I think I finally found my perfect pillow! I highly recommend it! Thank you Tempurpedic for sending me this pillow to try!
