My wife and I took advantage of a BOGO deal to try some Tempur Pedic pillows, wondering if they were worth the cost, but we are very disappointed with our product, especially since Tempur Pedic doesn't allow you to return them. We were deciding between a pillow that was "extra soft" or just "soft", and we chose the Symphony pillow because "soft" sounded like what we want, slightly more supportive than "extra soft" because there's nothing worse than side-sleeping and having the pillow suffocate you because your head sinks so far into it. Well, it's been a month now and these haven't 'broken in' or anything, they are at MINIMUM a FIRM pillow. I would classify these as EXTRA firm, because it actually hurts to lay in the same position for extended period of time. We're extremely disappointed that this was our experience, that the description of the product was, in our opinion, FALSE (at minimum misleading), and that Tempur Pedic specifically advertises that these cannot be returned because they can't be re-sold after use. DO. NOT. BUY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite my regular yoga and meditation practice, I had been waking up with a stiff neck for awhile now, sleeping on down pillows. This problem seems to have disappeared! It is only good for back and side sleeping ... too thick and not enough give for stomach sleepers, but apparently sleeping on your stomach is bad for your back anyway, so I've adjusted. I love this pillow and the way it has improved my sleep and would definitely buy again.

My husband packed them on a trip that night and I had no choice to use it, even though it seemed like it was not thick enough. I purchased these pillows because my husband and I both wake up with a stiff neck and sore upper back and I was hoping that new pillows might help this problem. I was surprised to find that after one morning of sleeping on these pillows that both of us were not sore anymore! We've now had them a few nights and I think that they are really helping to alleviate that neck soreness. We are very happy with our purchase!

I usually use a flat pillow when i'm sleeping on my back and another tempurpedic when i'm on my side so my head is level with my spin. But using this pillow i no longer need to switch around. I own 5 tempurpedic pillow and this one is my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is great for someone who sleeps on side or back. It provides great cervical neck support. At first it may seem firm for most new users, but after using for about a month it was much softer, yet still very supportive.

My husband and I used a generic memory foam pillow and decided to upgrade. After looking around we landed on symphony pillow. This is our first time experiencing tempur pedic outside of spending one night on a friends mattress. The pillow is described as "soft" per the website so I thought it would be the best fit for us. After 2 weeks of sleeping on the pillow I went back to my old generic memory foam one. This pillow is slightly too firm for me personally. It was hard for me to get comfortable. The pillow is severely overpriced in my opinion. Tempur pedic is very clear on their return policies but I wish I could go back in time and not waste the money on a "premium" brand. I took a star away for price and another star away for being more firm (even though it is one of their softer pillows).

I've had this pillow over a month and it has changed my sleep. Love the dual side for back and stomach positions. True quality product here. I will never buy a cheap pillow again.

I loved it so much I bought one for my husband too whom has also fallen in love with it. It is supportive enough and low enough to not give me a neck ache yet has enough cushion to feel absolutely perfect!

After a few days of sleeping with this pillow my neck and shoulder pain decreased significantly. I had neck surgery a couple of years ago and struggled to find a comfortable pillow until this one. Every position of this pillow is so comfy! Do yourself a favor and buy it!

After years of buying pillow after pillow, and no matter how much I paid for them I still woke most mornings with a neck ache. Not any longer ! The Symphony pillow changed all that. Not only do I no longer wake sore, I feel like I have gotten the true amount of sleep needed. This pillow has really changed my sleeping. If anyone out there is debating about buying this pillow, stop putting it off. You won't be unhappy. I know I'm not.
